Welcome to our neat, spacious, ground-level, downstairs apartment! Garage access and parking for 4-5 cars! We are tucked away in the suburbs with a nice view of the Jordan Valley and Oquirrh mountains and yet close to EVERYTHING; 17min from downtown SLC, 20 min to Skiing, 15 min from “silicon slopes”. We live upstairs and have 4 little kids under the age of 10 so it may be a little…stompy. And screamy. And sound like a dump truck unloading potatoes upstairs, but only from 8-10am and 5-9pm😇

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
