Unwind on our spacious deck, gather around the fire pit, stroll the beach, or cozy up inside to enjoy the scenery. Plus, enjoy seasonal use of kayaks and a rowboat.

For decades, ELF House has been a musical sanctuary by the edge of Race Lagoon - we welcome you to this magical home of good vibes. Looking out to the east, Mt. Baker and the Cascades are visible on clear days, and there's an endless fiesta of bird activity on the protected lagoon. Sunrises dazzle, as does the occasional east-facing sunset. Kayaks, sauna, deck, fully equipped kitchen, a loft and two firestoves on three levels. We enthusiastically welcome people of all backgrounds in our home.

Its eclectic design, stunning water views, and beachfront location make it an ideal home base for your vacation. Enjoy the wide sandbar, 2 small kids kayaks and 2 adult kayaks for paddling, a swimming raft, low-populated beach, and hiking trails across the road. The newly-renovated kitchen has a 180 degree water view. The large fireplace makes for a comfortable and cozy retreat.

You can spot seals, bald eagles, and whales while walking along the no bank beach steps from our front door. Sip wine around the propane fire pit while enjoying the magnificent sunset.
