The Treehouse Bush Retreat

Unique, private, expansive bush environment; a true retreat. Beautiful views down a valley of regenerating bush and out to sea - with Great Barrier island in the distance. Away from it all but handy to it all. NB: Please ask about our additional accommodation, The Empty Nest - www.airbnb.co.nz/rooms/1503971971744608483. Ideal for two couples travelling together but wanting more privacy. One couple can book The Treehouse and one The Empty Nest. Treehouse cooking facilities can then be shared.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. Wharekaho (Simpsons Beach) - 5 Mins to Whitianga

Our super cute coastal home offers comfort and tranquillity - summer or winter! Enjoy spectacular ocean views and also lush farmland. Explore the walks, beaches and scenery that Coromandel has to offer, or snuggle up indoors with our movies, books and games. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a hoiday meal - a range of appliances, pantry basics and condiments. Simpsons beach is just across the road, and Whitianga’s shops, cafes, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away.

Soak up the views of Mercury Bay and surrounds in comfort. You'll enjoy easy indoor/outdoor living with large wrap-around decking and lawns. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample off-street parking. The property includes a dedicated office and outdoor fish processing area. Walking distance to Brophy's Beach, estuary, boat-ramp, BBQ, playground and popular coffee cart. Easy biking or walking into town and centrally located to access the best of the Coromandel!

Studio with a View

Our Studio room opens onto a paved terrace with views over the ocean. The studio is well equipped with kitchenette, table & chairs, armchairs, separate shower & bathroom, separate toilet. There is a barbecue for cooking and an outside covered space. We supply a simple breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and milk. If you are dairy free and require something different please let me know. The pool and spa overlook the ocean and have amazing views.

Private, quiet, yet so close to beach and town

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Hidden away down narrow concrete steps and closely surrounded by bush with a peep of sea, this peaceful space is ideal for a quiet retreat. Just 500 mtrs to the beach for a swim or walk the 4 kms into town. A 5 minute drive along the beach front to the cafes, restaurants and bars . Its calm, close to everything yet hidden away. Access not suited for those with limited mobility.

Ocean Cliff Court - Stunning Ocean Views

Ocean Cliff Court overlooks the stunning Blackjack Reef which is 15 minutes’ drive north of Whitianga. This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.

Bush studio apartment

Self-contained apartment in a unique, artist-designed house: a beautiful studio with lovely new bathroom, situated in the hills above Kuaotunu, surrounded by NZ native forest. Enjoy sitting on the deck, under giant fern trees, listening to birdsong and the gurgling of the stream. If you're lucky you'll even hear our resident Kiwi calling! A place to relax and recharge only 3 minutes drive to Kuaotunu village and beach.

On street car parking available, with private access seperate from house. Small outdoor deck with a private fence with a rural outlook. DUE TO HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS THERE IS NO POOL ACCESS. We lived in Hawaii for many years and Pau Hana in Hawaiian means end of the week, time to relax with friends or family. Our sun-drenched studio in Kuaotunu, offers total independence and privacy in a peaceful setting overlooking our 2 acre orchard. Elevated rural views, with a bush backdrop, surrounded by farmland. Two kms from beautiful Kuaotunu Beach and famous Luke's Kitchen.
