Bring your own horse to stay in a covered yard for $35 per horse per night. This includes the use of a 60 x 40-metre arena & lake & trail access.

Lake Cottage

Lake Rotoma is a beautiful pristine lake - great trout fishing! Enjoy 180deg views of the lake from the extensive deck, cottage faces north, sun all day. Walk across the road to the beach which is great for safe swimming and all water sports. There are two bedrooms inside the Cottage and third bedroom is a large sleep out with bedding. There is a fireplace, wood available, TV, a full kitchen with two fridges, stove and microwave. Also a BBQ, table tennis table and two kayaks for guest use.

This property is beautifully presented. A couple of minutes to the Ohope International Golf course, boat ramp and The Top 10 holiday park. One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a large reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Suitable for family groups wanting spend time together or groups of friends wanting to catch up. Busy times between December & March & long weekends, prioritory will be given to longer bookings, particularly for January which will be 5 nights or more.

The good old 'kiwi bach'. Its rustic with no dishwasher or microwave. It has board games, puzzles, books & set amongst NZ native bush - everything you need to take a break from life AND a lake view, we think, is what it's all about. It has two bedrooms & sleeps a max of 5. Workable kitchen, log fire, tv & wifi. Soap, tea, coffee, toilet rolls & some cooking condiments included. Sheets & towels NOT provided but blankets, pillows, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats incl.

R and Rs Rotoma Retreat

This unique place has a style all its own. Fully refurbished with new floors, and extended solid wooden breakfast bar. Fully self contained with Rimu Queen bed. Can be a perfect getaway for a couple or extended family can stay when you book our main bach with special discount. Lake right across the road for that early morning or evening swim. Boating is great for water skiing or trout fishing on the lake.
