We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

We had a great stay. The house is new and is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The views are stunning. There are a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, which was perfect for our family vacation with 7 adults and 3 kids. Only suggestion is if you have little ones bring a gate because there is no door to the basement stairs. Speaking of kids, the pool is SO awesome to have if you happen to get a rainy or cold day. Plenty of space/seating to eat inside or outside. We would definitely come back!

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

Great House with a big backyard and deck. The home is in a great location with views of the ocean. Sandy’s place was perfect for my group and I . Easy parking for 3 sedans. Piano was a nice touch and was perfectly in tune for such a humid summer.

This house was a perfect place for our annual family gathering. There were 9 people from 16 to 83. The open space, first floor bedroom and bunk room were perfect for our group! Ciara was a great host!!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

We had a great time!!! Perfect for a nice relaxing girls weekend.

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!
