Cheerful Four Bedroom Home in McAdam

Enjoy the quietness of the country at this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath family home. The property is connected to the local ATV and snowmobile trails and just one minute from the local grocery store and gas station. Home features a large fenced in backyard, fire pit and a pool table in the basement for entertainment. Kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig and complimentary K Cups. To keep the cost down, we don’t charge a cleaning fee so we just ask that you help us by tidying your way out.

The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings with AC. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

The house is in a wooded area, with a view of two rivers in winter and woods view in summer. There is a large deck for sunset views that guests are welcome to use. Nearby is the Shore Road where one can walk along the river or put a kayak or canoe in. A half-hour north is a fine dining restaurant and art gallery. Woodstock has a few varied restaurants and a cafe downtown, a craft beer and a restaurant pub, community centre with free indoor walking/running track.

Guided hunting, fishing, and canoeing available, ponds and rivers. Canoes maybe available. X skiing and snowshoeing Trail from camp to ITS snowmobile trail 1/2 mile. Bed linen/light blanket provided. Enjoy a peaceful and quiet getaway at beautiful Skiff Lake, York Co. N.B. Activities for all seasons including kayaking, pedal boat, biking, hiking, bird-watching to cross country skiing, skating, snow shoeing and snowmobiling. Cottage offers lake access and partial lake view. A manual located in Keyes Cottage is posted and offers answers to many questions. Guest will be required to sign a liability waiver.

Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!
