This 2nd floor guest suite in my home has a private entrance via an outdoor set of stairs (See Guest access section for details), full kitchen, and bathroom (tub but no shower). The open floor plan includes a front room with twin bed and a smaller TV room with futon sofa that I convert to a double bed as needed. Originally my art studio, I now offer it for short-term stays. COVID-19 policy. I allow 24 hours between bookings (no same-day turnovers). I request that my guests be fully vaccinated.

I am a custom builder and I decided to have some fun building out my own special guest space. Welcome to Happy Maples! The suite is a private 600 sq ft hand crafted studio with private entrance, bath w/shower, large deck w/Adirondack chairs and grill, views of the gardens and 100' from the historic Mill River right behind the house. There is a queen bed and an additional twin memory foam bed available. 12 mins to Northampton, 20 mins to Amherst, Bike trail in back yard. Come for a fun visit!

Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

Suite is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)
