You have to book this little piece of "almost heaven!" it was a unique experience and very peaceful and comfortable! Not only was the bus exactly as described… The property and surroundings were absolutely beautiful! We walked around the beautiful property and even checked out the little saloon that Will built! We loved playing with the dogs on the front lawn! Will was very responsive and very friendly… Gave us a lot of suggestions and offered us anything we needed! For our daughter's 9th birthday, she wanted to go on a family camping adventure, and that was exactly what we got with this awesome little property. It was the perfect balance of comfort/amenities and rustic/close to nature. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom worked out great, both were clean and functional with all the essentials (pots/pans, utensils, plates, toiletries, towels, etc.). We had a great time around the campfire playing games (a nice variety was available inside the tent) and roasting marshmallows. The kids' favorite part was exploring all the little paths around the property and hiking down to the river. Aside from a small wasp invasion (which is kind of to be expected when you're camping!), the tent was perfectly comfortable - the beds were cozy, the linens were clean, and it was decorated super cute. It felt like everything had been thought of. We would love to come back again!!

We came into town for a wedding at The White Barn which was about a 15 minute drive. We loved the property and walked about 4 miles of trails and did some fishing and saw a LOT of deer. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I to unwind and realx- our cell service ( verizon) was a bit spotty but we were totally ok with unplugging a bit. The cabin had everything we needed and the bathouse was spotless! Thank you for making it such an enjoyable stay for us!! ~ Shelly & Jamie

Great stay at Stephen’s. He advised us not to use our non 4WD vehicle to get up to the site but we tried anyway because we arrived after dark. He told us he could help get our car unstuck and patiently did so. It was a serene place and we tried some of his distillery items, which were tasteful and great (no hangover!!). Friendly and loving cat who follows him around as well.

Practically perfect in every way. We spent a night under the stars with every detail attended to. We experienced the most warm and accommodating staff, took part in a wonderful yoga practice and left wishing we’d booked for longer.

This airstream was an amazing haven for our family of 3 while visiting my parents for a few days. Shanelle and Ed were both beyond helpful, from helping us to book a camp site, to pushing back our arrival time, to getting us perfectly acquainted with this amazing trailer. We had a perfect stay. Look forward to repeating on our next visit. Thank you to these amazing hosts!

Had a lovely time at this cute and quaint little camper! It is exactly as described and more. The hosts have curated a beautiful and comfortable experience by providing all necessary amenities. The instructions and communication was prompt and solid. The kayaks are a big plus and added so much to our experience. All in all it packed a punch!!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Expect all the noises that come from farm life- we are used to farm animals but they can disrupt a night's sleep (peacocks and distant herds of cattle), so consider bringing ear plugs if that could be an issue for you. The tent is well taken care of and super cozy- everything was clean and there were so many blankets at our disposal. The compost toilet was not difficult to use and did not smell. The tent kept us super dry despite the fact that it stormed the entire time we were there, and we were even able to prepare and eat our food under an awning. I think our favorite part of our stay was the amount of privacy and beautiful surroundings- you are literally smack dab in the middle of a farm in the valley and surrounded by blue misty mountains. We really appreciate the attention to detail that the owners put into this listing. Thanks again for a great stay!

Loved the camping experience right in town! Outdoor gardens were very pretty and a nice place to walk my dogs. The bed was comfortable and the artwork in the camper was beautiful! Overall, it was a lovely experience! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Went down with two buddies. Had a great trip. The RV was squeaky clean. We had no trouble with anything. We felt right at home. Great place to relax/explore. We were coming from 3 hours away and knew nothing about the area and quickly found fun things to do. Met some cool locals, and caught some nice fish. Would absolutely recommend to a friend. Very positive experience, nothing bad to say.

The Pearl is an experience worth having. Between the breathtaking views and comfort of the Pearl’s interior we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay. We loved it so much that we will be back! OH! You HAVE to get some apples from the produce barn. They are sooo good!

Great stay definitely worth the money

We had a fun and relaxing stay at the Skoolie! There was so much to do in the area, but we also had a great time staying in and enjoying the surrounding farm, grilling and having bonfires. We would definitely return!

Tranquil rural setting.RV privately placed perfectly on property to view the magnificent countryside and the farm happenings that coincide with that. 17 minute bucolic ride to Rocketmoto outdoor entertainment for an event we were at. Liz and Bryan were able to great us and go over everything as I was new to RV life.Plenty of parking ( and hot water for showers too!😀) Definitely rebooking with more time to sit in the outdoor chairs and gaze at the surrounding beauty

Susan and Bill we’re great hosts, very communicative and provided everything we needed and more . Only wish was that we didn’t run out of water after all 3 of us showered. But was very nice to have our own little space with our campfire and grill to use. Looking forward to coming back and seeing how they continue to improve what they have there!

Cats place was goals! It was a beautiful and peaceful place in the middle of the nature. Although it was close to her house, there was enough privacy. Their dogs, Bella and Simba are super cute and hung out with us. Check in, checkout and communication was smooth. Would definitely love to come back!

Keith made us feel very welcome and all the amenities were great. We loved the Airstream. He gave as a fun tour of his farm as well, and it was just a beautiful place in general. We enjoyed kayaking and sitting by the river.
