Ich noch nie eine Unterkunft mit einer solch umfassenden, zuvorkommenden unglaublich liebenswürdigen Betreuung! Die Hütte von Johan und Riita ist ein wunderbares Kleinod, das allerbeste Gelegenheit bietet nach anstrengenden Reisetagen runterzukommen und zu entspannen! Johan und Riita sorgen mit aller Kraft dafür, dass es den Gästen gut geht! Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen, wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin!

Historiallisesti arvokas maalaismiljöö, jossa 1800- luvulla rakennettu päätalo on säilytetty koskemattomana.; valtava uuni, vanhoja hyvin säilyneitä huonekaluja yms. Hyvä uimaranta, yöpymistilat 1920- luvulla valmistuneessa isossa aitassa, jossa nukutti hyvin. Runsas, hieno keittiö- ja kukkapuutarha. Aamupala herkullinen ja kauniisti katettu. Luomutuotteita tarjolla ja juuri paistetut sämpylät. Jos ko. seudulla vielä pääsemme käymään, haluamme yöpyä tässä ihanassa paikassa.

Hannas place was right on my bike trip wayfrom Nordkapp down to Helsinki. Quick response, even I contacted less than 24 before arrival. Living in a renovating old farm also was great expierence as well as swimming in nearby lake this very hot summer day. I recommend Hannas place.

Suuret kiitokset idyllisestä ja luonnonläheisestä majoituksesta sekä ystävällisyydestänne! Aamurannan kautta pääsimme nauttimaan niin Turun maisemista, läheisistä järvenrantasaunoista kuin Liedon kulttuurielämyksistäkin. Aamupala oli tehty rakkaudella ja sillä oli ihana aloittaa päivän seikkailut. Tänne tahdomme tulla uudestaankin! :)

I had a wonderful stay at Suvi's place. Suvi is a very friendly and kind person, and communication was very smooth! There is an incredibly cute cat in the house. The garden is beautiful, and the room is clean and quiet. As soon as you open the door, you can see the lovely garden view. It would be even more convenient if you have a car. I will definitely come back here again.

Asunto on todella kauniisti sisustettu, jopa kauniimpi ja myös isompi kuin kuvat antavat ymmärtää. Asunto oli myös todella siisti. Me emme käyttäneet keittiötä mutta siellä olisi ollut monenlaisia kuivattuja yrttejä tarjolla sekä lisäksi perustarpeita kuten öljyä, suolaa, kahvia ja teetä. Aamupala oli super hyvä, 10 +arvosanalla, itse leivottuja sämpylöitä ja ruisleipää sun muuta erikoisherkkua. Kiitos Heikki 👍☀️😁

Hienolla paikalla, useampi suojeltu rakennus, vanhaa puutalomiljöötä. Kaikki meni kuten ilmoituksessa luvattiin, hyvin nukutun yön jälkeen, oli kiva lähteä jatkamaan matkaa.

Tunnelmallinen paikka ja mukava isäntä. Aamiainen runsas ja monipuolinen ja saunassa lempeät löylyt. Suosittelen!

We had such a lovely stay with Sage and Jannika at Hotel Svala. We stayed in the suite which was a really beautiful space and so was the entire hotel, Sage is a professional set designer which you can really tell. All rooms were meticulously designed, both regarding coloring that matched the surrounding Åland landscape and with a distinct retro feel to everything from furniture to the smallest utensils in the dining room. It kind of felt like you were in a Wes Andersson movie set in the Finnish archipelago. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was also really nice. If you like the look of the website you will love the hotel. The service and food were also amazing, all done by Jannika and Sage – we stayed a full week and were treated to delicious meals both breakfast, lunch and dinner. They take care to pick out the best produce from local farmers and really made a feast of all meals. The hotel is small and dinner was always served in communal style with all guests around a shared table which was really fun as you got to talk to lots of different people passing through. Kumlinge is a lovely little island and neighboring Seglinge which is a 7 min (free) boat ride away is also really beautiful and has a really nice hiking trail that lets you take in both cliffs, the ocean and birch forest. We mostly took it easy during our stay, read books, went for walks, had a swim and enjoyed the quiet and calm. We even saw a moose swimming over to a neighboring island (!). Sage and Jannika shared a lot about the background to how they started the hotel and you felt immediately like you had been welcomed in to the family. In all, a perfect stay, both for a short stay if you’re travelling through the archipelago or for a longer period if you really want to relax and wind down for a couple of days.

Ehdimme vain käydä nukkumassa. Seuraavan aamun pienen aamupalan tarvikkeet olivat mukava lisä.

Erittäin viihtyisä paikka ja mitä ystävällisin vastaanotto. Hyvin järjestetty aamiainenkin.

Tällaista mieletöntä vieraanvaraisuutta harvoin tapaa. Pian luona olo oli kuin kotona. Niin lämmin ja turvallinen paikka. Aamiainen oli mieletön, monipuolinen, herkullinen ja runsas. Lapsiystävällinen ja enemmänkin. Lapset antoivat 7/5 tähteä. Pihasauna ja jacuzzi täydellinen lisä! Nautimme kovasti!
