My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

Marcela was a fabulous host! She is very thoughtful and we had everything we needed. She also responds very quickly. The place was very clean and efficiently organized. It is a true gem. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Marcela!!!!

Great stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The nearby park is quiet and lovely — perfect for a walk. Highly recommend!

Our stay was flawless and pleasurable. The rooms were sleek, spotless and very quiet. All had independent temp controls and TV. The kitchen was airy and modern with stainless Viking appliances. All consumables, like coffee filters, were in ample supply. Beds were soft but supportive, with comfortable pillows sheets and quilts. On top of that, the location in the center of Greenwich at the heart of Greenwich Ave. was marvelous. Every evening we could wander down and explore the upscale shopping opportunities, then pick from dozens of excellent, interesting restaurants. Overall an excellent experience and highly worth it.

We arrived later afternoon and not sure of which door to go into, Joesph came out on his deck to welcome us and where to park. We talked a bit and then went into the apartment under his living quarters. The place was very clean and a lot of amenities were there with labels on everything which was nice. Bed was comfortable as well. We basically hung our hats there while we went out to do things; we didn't hang out there at all. We didn't cook but we could have. Plenty of supplies. Bathroom was nice with big shower. Only problem was the light in the bathroom is motion activated so....while in the shower, it doesn't detect you and will turn the lights off. You just stick out your hand it will turn back on. Nice place.

it was a great stay house was homey nice and clean quiet perfect for a weekend getaway or Any getaway easy to commute with lots of things to do in the area and downtown was festive for the time of year I will deff recommend this place

We had a great stay at Daniela's apartment in Yonkers. It's right off of the Saw Mill Parkway so it's only a 20-25 minute drive to Manhattan (without traffic). Parking was on the street but there were plenty of free spots. Our check in was a little confusing since there is a keycode for the first door and then a lockbox (with a different code from the keycode) for the keys to the rest of the apartment. But we figured it out eventually. The apartment is quite spacious with a living room, separate kitchen space, and the 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are large, while the other is behind one of the larger bedrooms (railroad apartment style), and is much smaller. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom, but the small bedroom has a much older unit than the others. Daniela and Erik were great hosts--easy to get hold of when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

The apartment was stylishly finished, clean, and met all of our needs. Location was great for walking to coffee shops and restaurants downtown. The space was quite comfortable, and Franco was very responsive and worked to make our stay painless. Would gladly stay here again.

Kaz was an incredible host. He left extremely detailed step by step in instructions on how to navigate our time there. He was very prompt in responding, accommodating to us, and overall pleasant to communicate with. Would strongly recommend.

Kaz’s Place was exactly as described! Checking in was easy with the clear instructions. Kaz was receptive and quick to provide answers to any questions we had. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet place that is still near the fun!

Has a selection of very comfortable homes available, and this has been a very easy experience compared to other Airbnbs I have been to. I have found an apartment and will be living in the center of downtown Stamford for like 2 years. I have become very familiar with the area during my stay here and figured that I might as well move to Stamford for a while. Thank u for everything Kaz!
