Situated in the garden of our home, overlooking a beautiful mature willow, guests will find parking inside the garage leading to a private doorway with stairs up to the Studio.

Upstairs is a twin bedroom and shower room. Providing easy access to explore all Somerset has to offer, found in the centre of the village and just a stones-throw from two country pubs and shop

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Take it easy at this unique detached Barn and tranquil getaway for you and your dog . Located at the foot of the Mendip Hills in a quiet village 4 miles from the city of Wells. Perfect to visit Wells, Bath, Bristol, Glastonbury and nearby seaside Weston super mare. Village pub offering great food (dogs allowed) and a community shop with local produce strawberries/bread. The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

The Coach House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location in beautiful Somerset. The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

Swallows Nest - Cosy Rural Apartment with Views

Swallows Nest is a one of two apartments in a converted barn, with stunning views of the Mendip Hills, and fields below. Accessed from a spiral staircase, it is on the 1st floor, and is completely self contained and private. The large patio has outside seating for dining al-fresco whilst taking in the stunning views of fields and the Mendips. Peaceful, rural location, but only 5 minutes drive to the City of Wells. There is plenty of off-road parking.
