Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! I am located on Main Street in the historic district in walking distance of restaurants, small shops, parks & a couple of tiny museums. The rental is a 1 room apartment over a detached garage. Queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold down futon in the living room. 15 minutes away from downtown Princeton within walking distance from the picturesque town of Hopewell borough . The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. It is the perfect stay for those who want a little quiet and to be a little closer to nature. It's hard to compare the views! AC in bedrooms only.

The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
