Cape Cod Studio

The apartment is located on a cul de sac in the peaceful neighborhood of John's Pond Estates in the coastal town of Mashpee, Massachusetts. This is more than a studio. It is a spacious studio with a full-size bed, full bath with a fully equipped kitchen, but you'll also have access to an adjacent laundry and fitness room. The laundry and fitness rooms are shared spaces if anyone is staying in the main part of the house. We will notify you if there are other guests staying at the same time.
