It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.

Central Flat is a 2-level space with stairs leading to the bed and bath on the 2nd floor. Guests with mobility issues and children, please note the stairs. Space is not suitable for children under 12. 1 Queen size bed. It is in a buzzing area. 15-minute drive to Red Rocks. 1-minute drive to restaurants, pubs, grocery and tons more. Private outside entrance with a keypad and private outdoor area. High speed fiber Wifi.
