Upstairs, the Phoenix Sky Loft has 3 XL built in Twin beds, a 100" cinema screen, and galaxy ceiling projector. Spa bathroom with rain shower, copper farmhouse sink, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer. Gwen’s Cottage is located on the privately owned and operated estate, Water’s Edge, which was recently re-established in January 2022 by Western Pennsylvania native, Gwendolyn Reno. This cottage is a newly renovated, 490sqft, studio-style accommodation, perched along side the Slippery Rock Creek adjacent to McConnells Mill State Park. This charming cottage has a wrap around deck that quite literally over-looks the creek and faces the state park land located just across the water.

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Descend the 45 steps to the cottage and find “there’s no place like (a 2nd) home”. From the wraparound deck you may see geese, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beaver, great blue heron and ducks. You will find yourself just 15 minutes from Moraine and McConnells Mill State Parks. 15 minutes from Mines and Meadows, 10 minutes from Sunset Ranch.

Studio is furnished with full size bed, pull out couch, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

Cozy cabin nestled in the woods on my peaceful horse farm. Feed the horses from the fence—treats provided! Enjoy a private ½-mile hiking trail around the pasture. No running water, but two 5-gallon jugs and wash basin are provided. Showers available at the main house. Water spigot behind log cabin. Incinerating toilet. Fast Wi-Fi, great cell service, 32” TV w/Netflix, heat & A/C. Bringing a pet? Please add them when booking and help keep the cabin clean.

Amish Paradise

Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉

Quiet Country Side Home w/Hot Tub & Dog Friendly!

Three bedroom, two full bathrooms. We have 2-4 parking spaces available along with a huge backyard perfect for grilling season! We have a fully equipped kitchen and dinner table. On the main floor you will find the main bathroom. We are located 15-20 mins from your major shopping in Boardman, and yes DoorDash delivers! Pitts. Int. Airport is approx. 50mins and Mercy Health is approx. 15 mins away. Pets are welcome with a small fee!
