Great place for a get away and unplug from real life. Loved being able to take our 4 legged pup &knew he was OK and safe. loved the fenced in yard and dog door also. Beth was reachable and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the future or of course keep it on our list for future trips. Most definitely worth the money paid.

Sarah has created a dynamic and comfortable place to restore and relax while you discover all that the Black Hills has to offer. Details such as park passes and a wheeled grocery tote were so very appreciated. The Johnny Cash theme is fun and classy, not cheesy. And the location is perfect—so close to essential retailers, easily walkable to restaurants, bars & shops, and super accessible to Custer State Park and other areas of interest. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Great place in the heart of Spearfish. Very unique. Several restaurants within walking distance. It was perfect for the Dakota 5-0.

5 Stars – Cozy, Quiet, and Thoughtfully Stocked! Loved my stay at this renovated 1BR near downtown Hot Springs. It was clean, peaceful, and felt like home. The kitchen was a great bonus—stocked with waffle mix, eggs, butter, water, and essentials, not to mention a wonderful coffee and tea bar! Super quiet at night and close to everything. Kaloa was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

we absolutely LOVED this place! super close to a lot of great restaurants and things to do. and an easy driving distance from national parks/monuments and state parks! janet was super kind and responsive as well as checking in with us halfway through the trip. she did warn us it was a little small but it was perfect for my boyfriend and i, had everything we needed!

My husband and I went to Hot Springs with 2 of our kids and stayed at Julie's. We were so comfortable there. Rich history, clean beautiful apartment supplied with everything you would expect plus a little more. Thank you Julie!!

We’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s. This one stands out. Great location, good parking, easy access to the sights we wanted to visit and having an ice cream place around the corner - oh yeah

Our group of four adults enjoyed our stay. All essentials were provided and the photos were exactly how it looks, clean and cozy.

The place was perfect for our stay! We were there for about a week and it was centrally located for all of our day trips. It felt homey and was nice to come home to after a long day! Would recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I came to Rapid City for a long weekend to do some exploring, and this was the perfect spot! Conveniently located downtown so we could easily walk to restaurants or shops and parking was easy and accessible. The loft is clean, comfortable, and safe. A little loud on a Friday night due to people at the bars but nothing ear plugs couldn’t handle! If we ever come back, this will definitely be our first choice in Rapid City. Very pleased with our stay!

Quiet and peaceful with a backyard full of cotton-tail rabbits and the occasional deer. Safe neighborhood. We were hauling a trailer, and were able to leave the trailer while we took in some of the sights, and never once worried about. Clean,cute and would recommend.

We enjoyed meeting Roger and Joan and staying here. There was plenty of room for 3 dogs and 3 humans and it was so close to Hill City to pop in for food, groceries, coffee, shopping...but it was also secluded and private. It is truly dog friendly - no extra fees, you can leave dogs alone. There were two places to walk the dogs - we loved going up behind the house and through the fields. We are avid hikers and this trail was so lovely! There were multiple dogs on the property since they own dogs and train service dogs. It took some careful introductions, but all worked out fine. You will hear their dogs. It was not a problem for us. We spent LOTS of time on the outdoor covered deck area after hiking each day- we grilled almost every night, napped on the hammock, and just relaxed! Note that there is one bathroom accessed only through the back bedroom. It was no problem for us as a family to walk through to use it. But this could be more, um, awkward, if it is two couples staying!

James made the stay so easy. He had easy instructions to get to the lodge and access the building/amenities. He went above and beyond by staying up late for us to arrive to show us how to use the hot tub. Definitely would stay again!

We very highly recommend this place! Teresa was a delight to deal with. Very personable She was so attentive to making sure we knew what events was going on in the area. She even sent us recommendations on trails that we should do when hiking. The bonus though was Willie the dog! He greeted us every afternoon as we pulled in and was ready to play ball Will definitely stay there again if we ever get to go back in the future.

Jodi & Kevin are phenomenal hosts. We felt ensconced in warmth and hospitality from the second we arrived at The Case Place. We thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding farmland and waking up to watching cows peacefully graze in a nearby pasture. Jodi is an incredible chef and we had the most amazing breakfast tacos! If you get a chance, we highly recommend trying out her other dishes as well. Overall, our stay at The Case Place was a perfect, wholesome finale to our trip to the Dakotas and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

This condo worked very well for our group ski trip to Terry Peak. The location is more than ideal!

Quick and easy check in! Location was quiet and just a few blocks from downtown. Host was very responsive. It was a very cozy place that we all felt at home during our stay. Hoping to book there again for the next family trip, if available.

Fantastic place! Exceeded expectations. Sauna and hot tub were great. Friendly hosts, clean and well maintained property. Terrific setting and a quick trip to historic Deadwood, Lead and Spearfish. Such an enjoyable stay.

We had a great time. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and beautiful. If anything it felt much bigger than shown in the photos. April was on lightning top of any questions we had and always very helpful. We would definitely come again. Thanks April!
