A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.
