Home is in a great nice safe area in Omaha. 5 mins to all the things we wanted to do! Walkable community, quiet, AC works great, premium bathroom fixtures and hot water! Fast internet, fenced yard, private parking. It’s everything we wanted for a family of 2 with canine companion. Host made sure we were comfortable and well informed. Five star experience.

Garrett and Tiffani communicating and took care of a plumbing problem immediately. The home was clean and set up nicely. I would recommend an ironing board, a variety of spices and maybe more dishes. I would also recommend more toilet paper and paper supplies. A bath mat in the upstairs bathroom too would be helpful for slipping.

Phil was very responsive and checked in with us often. I found him to be a very helpful and an accommodating host. This property is well-updated and they’ve made a very good use of space. Lovely decor. Beds are firm, kitchen is big. A sweet space to enjoy family.

Booked Ambers home to get ready for a wedding and it was a perfect fit. Ambers communication was excellent. Her home was very clean and it comfortably fit all 12 of us and could have fit more. Would definitely book her home again! 10/10 rating from everyone who stayed there.

What an incredible place to stay for a Brewery Tour weekend. The outdoor space here is amazing and the Host was helpful with insights on where to go and see the sunset etc. Made some incredible memories. We loved the fire pit, deck, and all of the space inside as well.

Very cool and unique home that is definitely worth a visit. The rooftop patio area is an awesome feature and the usage of the garage for parking is very considerate.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and truly move-in ready. It was perfect for our dogs — the large, fenced backyard gave them plenty of space to run and play, and we loved that we could easily keep an eye on them from the kitchen or the deck. Every room had its own TV, making it easy for everyone to relax, and the separate full suite downstairs offered extra privacy and space — ideal for families traveling together. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family and pets! For sure one of the best Airbnb we stayed in

We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable home! Amber was an amazing host, making us feel right at home and even providing delicious snacks. This is our second year staying here, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is so convenient, just a short distance from the Mid-America Center/Arena. Everything about the house is perfect, and we truly look forward to returning next year! Highly recommend! 😊

We went back to the Bluffs for a bunch of family events. This was a centrally located spot to land. Proximity to the 100 Block is a bonus. The place is clean and well appointed. We come back to the Bluffs at least once a year and this is a place we'll look for next time around.

Great value and perfect for our overnight stop

I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

The apartment was great! Finding which side it was on and where its stairs were was a little tricky just because I’m not great at North, South, East, West directions. There are amazing places in walking distance from the apartment, we absolutely loved the Dundee Dell!! We also really enjoyed the eCreamery, and both are right across the street!

Had a wonderful Winter girls weekend at a central location for us with everything we needed! Tastefully decorated and plenty of bed space. Full kitchen allowed us to cook and was well stocked. Area was very nice with friendly businesses and fun shops. Would stay here again!

No frills accommodation! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent place to enjoy their stay in Omaha! Parking is great too

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

I felt very safe and secure at this location. Lots of construction in the area but nothing that could bother you. Just upgrading these horrible roads in Omaha. It was a comfy home like spot. I loved having the balcony. The bed was super comfy. The place was cool and I plan to stay there again! Jamar was super cool and responsive. Thank you!

I got to fully experience life in a luxury downtown apartment in the City. I always felt very safe inside and all around the building. Families are walking around all over the neighborhood. Downtown Omaha is very, very clean. Drivers are polite and considerate of other drivers and especially of pedestrians. In just one word: delightful!

I had an amazing stay at Ryan and Lacey's place! The apartment was spotless, just as pictured, and came with great amenities. As a woman living by myself for a couple of months, I felt extremely safe here. The building is full of kind and helpful people, making the experience even better. The apartment truly felt like home, with plenty of things to do around the area, including fantastic brunch spots and great places to hang out with friends. Ryan and Lacey have been exceptional hosts—some of the best people I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to assist me, even in a difficult situation I inadvertently caused. Their kindness and understanding are something I'll never forget. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a gem!

Very polite and informative about going on in the building and area, and always great at getting back to you with any questions you may have, the area is really nice with a great view on midtown crossing.

Dawn's place was amazing! I loved how roomy it was and it had everything I needed to make a home cooked meal for my college son and husband. I would definitely stay again!
