Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Casa Cottonwood is a Charming private guest house set in the quiet neighborhood of June Park. This cozy home away from home is Perfect for anyone looking to explore everything that Florida has to offer! 15 mins from the popular 5th Ave Boardwalk beach 10 min from historic Downtown Melbourne village with boutique stores, craft beers/ food, treats and eclectic art shops. Close to amazing parks, hiking trails, airboat tours, manatee sightseeing & much more! The I-95 on-ramp is 3 mins away

Downtown Melbourne Bungalow

Make yourself at home in our updated 1930's bungalow. Located just a few blocks walk from all the shops & restaurants in downtown Melbourne. You'll only have a 5 minute drive to the beach! House has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 2 twins. There is a large fenced backyard for you to enjoy. We are also right across the street from the library which has a small walking path filled with all types of birds. We do allow 1 dog with a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house.

While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.
