We had an amazing stay at Stephanie’s house! My entire family enjoyed the pool and there were many towels to accommodate that which is a huge plus! The home was very well kept and super clean. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved this house! I took my family on vacation to Melbourne for the 1st time and this house was a perfect fit for us! I had my husband, 2 teen girls and one of their friends, plus our 2 dogs and we had plenty of space! The house is located in a great place, close to everything! There's plenty of restaurants close by and there are beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The pool was awesome, my kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. It was still a little to chilly to get to really enjoy it, so we definitely have to cone back when it gets warmer! I would definitely bring my family back and stay here again! I wish we could've stayed longer, since we were only able to stay 4 nights. So next time we're staying the whole week. I definitely recommend this house to others! We had an amazing time!

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

We vacationed from Colorado and chose this place. I’m not much for close neighbors, but it was very peaceful. The pool was a definite plus! The house was immaculate and we felt right at home! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

Kristen's place was perfect for our stay! It is central to everything around town, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, and has the best backyard setup. The water pressure in the house is nice, and the high quality appliances were a plus. We loved the "toys" in the garage too! This house has everything for people with babies/tots as well as teens and adults. Thanks Kristen, we loved it and will be back!!

We stayed at Luke and Megan's place for 5 nights prior to going on a cruise. Two adult couples, bedrooms on either end of the house and kitchen/living room in the middle. Everything was as advertised, clean and close to amenities. The outdoor living space is next level, beautiful outdoor kitchen, TV, fireplace and pool. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Luke and Megan!

Ali’s listing exceeded our expectations! They had everything to keep any age group satisfied. Ali went above and beyond to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Ali’s listing to anyone and everyone! We felt very safe and also enjoyed the privacy we were given. The neighbors were very friendly! I can’t say enough great things about Ali’s listing.

The home was super cozy, very close to the beach & the strip with local restaurants and shops. The home is extremely accommodating for families with children. Amber was super nice to speak with & was extremely responsive during our entire stay. We look forward to coming back to enjoy the experience again!

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

This home created the most incredible vacation for our family. The place was a refreshing, clean, and relaxing getaway that we all needed. The most incredible part was the short, easy walk to the beach. We all enjoyed boogie boarding for the first time, our boys loved jumping waves, and my husband and I enjoyed the hot April Florida sun. Coming back to the house, we'd cool ourselves in the pool and enjoy supper in the backyard together. Watching a rocket launch from the beach was quite a memorable experience I don't think any of us will forget. One night, after a busy day, we all sat in the hot tub discussing our next trip. We all agreed we'd be interested in staying here again. Thank you for allowing our family of six feel so comfortable.

Great host and great place to stay. Reasonably priced and has everything you might have forgot.

Paul was so accomodating to deal with. any time I needed help with anything he was so responsive. I brought many items to use during the month and ended up leaving items because everything was so well equipt. I absolutely love the area and plan on being back next year.

This property is as described. It is elegant, in a beautiful neighborhood, and it far exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed for a very relaxing and wonderful family vacation. A quick and easy walk to the beach (5 min) and we got great use of the in-ground pool in the back yard as well. The house was well-equipped, beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home. In addition, the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Would highly recommend this spot!

My family and I came down for a little mini fishing trip and we were 30 minutes away from the lake. We wanted to fish on we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The house was spotless and well kept it looked like it had been newly remodeled, and we will definitely be returning in the near future for another stay It was only 12 minutes to the beach and the river as well. We had three nights down at the beach, eating at restaurants on the ocean that were fantastic.

Pedro's place it's absolutely amazing.Good experience Lavish clean and serene. Pedro's is a great host. He was friendly, polite, and a very efficient communicator. I give Pedro and his place 10/10. I highly recommend 👌🏾

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

This was our 4th time staying at Tracy’s. We always have a great stay, beautiful house, very clean and great pool. House is close to everything yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Tracy is very nice and responsive, already booked our next visit.

Bob's place is the perfect place to stay! The backyard is the perfect tropical, lush oasis to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee. The home has everything you need and the fact that it's dog friendly is even better! My pups and I felt right at home! Friendly host and a welcoming retreat.😊

This house was in a perfect location. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs for guests to take to the beach. The house has everything available that you could need. It has lots of room inside and out for 6 adults. If you book this house you won’t be disappointed!
