This the second we have used these guys and both times the house has been great value for money. This is a spacious place in a quiet housing estate in Livingston. Everything is clean and ideal for the short family breaks which is both times we have used them. The hosts are very responsive if you contact them they give when we had a light switch that was playing up. They had someone out the next day to replace it.

Lovely stay, amazing surroundings and house was lovely ❤️ Our 9 week old little boy’s first holiday and it was perfect. Plenty of local accessible walks with a pram for baby and also wheelchair friendly for another member of our family in the surroundings but especially the house. Highly recommend staying here :)

Our stay at Mary's was everything we hoped for and more! Such a lovely home in a bucolic village along the Firth of Forth - we loved it! Close to the train to Edinburgh, Glasgown and Troon; close to motorways heading to points north, and a quiet town for breakfast by the water. It provided us with a great base for seeing Scotland and it felt like coming home every day. Mary was so easy to connect with - unfortunately we left as she was coming home so that is my only regret! I would absolutely reach out to Mary again when we come back! Thank you Mary, for sharing your home with us. It truly made our stay in Scotland a memorable one. Mike & Annie and family

An absolute lifesaver of a place to stay while I was moving home nearby. Carol was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was clean and welcoming, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas and beds. 100% would recommend.

The cottage was very central for anyone wanting to be near the town. It was dog friendly which suited me. I enjoyed being able to come and go as I wished. It was clean and tidy and I could enjoy some privacy. The Host Andy was welcoming and helpful.

Our stay was great, the location ideal for us and close to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Great park nearby for walking the dogs. Shops close by and parking at property. We stayed over Christmas and a tree was also provided. Lovely property for two couples or a small family, comfy beds and a fully functional kitchen . Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Carol pour Hogmanay ! Nous étions une famille avec 3 enfants et tout s'est bien passé. Carol est une hôte très réactive et bienveillante qui a tout fait pour nous trouver un plan B suite à l'annulation des festivités d'Edimburgh et nous la remercions encore :-) Le logement est à 35 / 40 min en voiture d'Edimburgh, 45min de Stirling , plutôt bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Mary was fast to respond to any issues that arose, we were in her property for 2 months and anything which required attention was seen to quickly. the house is in one of the nicest parts of town, I'd generally quiet and comfortable.

The apartment is really bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and kitchen are perfect. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Audrey explained everything very clearly to us when we arrived to drop off our luggage (the owners facilitated an early drop off before 4pm). In terms of improvements, the water boiler is quite noisy so if someone used the bathroom late, it could wake other guests. We would have appreciated shampoo in the bathroom - some of our party flew with hand luggage only with a small liquids allowance. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient for the EICC, a 10-15 minute walk. The welcome breakfast pack was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Napoli-themed Pizzeria 1926 with delicious pizzas!

Ishys place was ideal for our stay Edinburgs west end. really helpful comms in the run up to stay and the the flat itself was great for our group of five.

We stayed one night and it was great! Wish we booked longer. Very modern and stunning lodge and hot tub was great! Host was friendly, professional and was a great experience.

Beautiful house with friendly and responsive hosts who provided us space to have our planned yoga class on the Saturday. They also provided heaters for us as the house got a little chilly. The beds were comfy and bathrooms and kitchen really clean. The location is lovely and peaceful! The location is a bit tricky to find as the postcode isn’t very accurate but we found it with the help of the hosts. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Barrie for being helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin on the farm. The setting was peaceful and perfect for a quiet getaway. One particularly rainy day turned out to be just what I needed to slow down and relax. A special thanks to the farmer, who was incredibly kind and helpful—he quickly helped me get some firewood so I could cook over the fire. That extra bit of hospitality really made the experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature!

Absolutely stunning - would highly recommend if you want a peaceful getaway with some stunning quintessential Scottish scenery. The hut itself is cosy, beautifully designed, and has everything you need for a little hideaway. Would highly recommend this stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in Laura's home, and felt like we were leaving our second home when going. The cottage is gorgeous, well decorated, cosy, and just a lovely place to be. The surroundings are so so beautiful and peaceful, full of gorgeous wildlife and great walks. I also enjoyed a couple of swims in the reservoir - but not before checking with the locals on how to use the water safety and also with much cold water swimming experience already. The community at Baddinsgill are all so lovely and welcoming. We loved meeting them, especially the kids who wanted Carolyn to be their gran! If all that isn't enough, the cottage is easily commutable to Edinburgh and we enjoyed a couple of fabulous days in there too. Thanks you so much. We do hope to come back. xxx

Anne was friendly and welcoming, great local knowledge and recommendations. The location is secluded and private, but just a short drive to local amenities and connections to Edinburgh. The place was clean and tidy, and had everything you could need for your trip :)
