This duplex apartment is located 1 block from beach access point, 1 mile from Pier Village, 3/4 mile from train station, and central between two grocery stores. It is a small 2-bedroom apartment with a queen bed in the front bedroom and a trundle bed in the bad that pulls out into two twin beds. One of the bed frames and mattress sits at floor level. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen. Not particularly set up for large family gatherings but is perfect for 4 adults.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
