What an amazing stay, scenic location , great attention to detail in the shepherds huts with everything you require for a stay. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Peter the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember .. A true gem in the rolling hills or Somerset.

We had a lovely stay at enchanted. It was so peaceful and the cabin is really cozy. Everything was clean and tidy and we loved the little decorative touches. The hot tub was ready to use as soon as we arrived and we definitely made the most of it! Would 100% stay again!

Salterns Lodge was everything me and my partner wanted and more! Although apart of Gareth and Marie's property they have done an excellent job at separating the lodge with its own entrance that makes it very private. It's an absolutely beautiful lodge with all the amenities you'd need with a lovely garden and hot tub which is a big bonus! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed and a good central spot to travel from. Gareth and Marie were very accommodating and flexible with check in and out times and provided us with information and recommendations around the area which was appreciated. We would happily stay here again in a future visit to the New Forest.

My partner and I had a wonderful one night stay for his birthday on a Thursday night. The hosts were super helpful and very quick at responding; I first messaged prior to booking to see if it would be possible to have an earlier check in time. They replied and said we could kindly check in from 2pm as opposed to 4pm. We got there and I went in the hot tub straight away, however some of the jets didn’t seem to be working. I messaged the hosts and had an immediate response saying that they were currently out but they would have a look when they were back and to try a couple of different options, which worked- thank you! The lodge itself was calming, sparkling clean, clutter free and much more peaceful than I thought it would be! The bed was super comfortable as well and the electric blinds were great- genuinely one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a very long time. The coffee machine and garden are great- a perfect spot if you’re a plane watched/ fan too! Thank you, we will be back

My partner and I enjoyed a splendid two-night stay at the Hideaway. The property was impeccably clean, and the hot tub was exceptional. We appreciated the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Annie provided outstanding service and ensured a warm welcome. We look forward to returning.

We loved our stay at the old chicken house!! The house itself is beautiful and even better than the pictures, it’s so peaceful and we felt at home right away! George and the other co hosts had very kindly put up a birthday banner as we were staying to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and provided some lovely breakfast bits which added to the welcoming feel of the house! We stayed with our Labrador -Maggie and there were lots of great walks nearby, she particularly enjoyed the woodland walk by Otterhead lakes! The perfect relaxing escape! We didn’t want to leave!!

What a lovely little hideaway, a real gem of a find. It was nice and clean, it has everything you need and more, lots of added little touches which made you feel welcomed and at home. The view from the hot tub was beautiful, it was very relaxing listening to the birds although we could of connected our phone to the hot tub so you could listen to music which some people might like. Ann-Marie is a fantastic host, she got in contact around a week before our booking with information we would need to make our stay a positive experience. Ann-Marie was there on arrival although there was a key safe and we had the number she came across and welcomed us in and showed us around, she even gave us recommendations for a couple of beautiful walks which was really nice. She has pets but you don't hear them at all. We saw the dog and the cat but only when we were down by our car, both very friendly but only because we went over and interacted with them not because they ran up to us. Highly recommend.

WOW! What a fabulous bungalow and location. 4 of us and a dog stayed for a few days in April. The location is stunning, just minutes’ walk from Seaton Hole beach and the fabulous Jurassic Bites café and a short, spectacular wander from the beautiful town of Beer. The bungalow itself has everything you could wish for, including a walled/fenced garden that kept my dog happy and provided us with incredible sea views and garden seating. Louise is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The fresh scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thanks so much for sharing your bungalow.

We wanted a peaceful and comfortable place for a New Years reunion for 5 lifelong friends. We're of an age where warmth and convenience are our goals, and this large, well-appointed and unusual log cabin gave us all these. In the summer, NOATAC would be ideal for those who want the great outdoors, perhaps a younger generation than us, as there is a large garden and decked area. But we still enjoyed a walk or two, even if it was mid-winter! Thanks, Matthew, for a most enjoyable stay.

we had a wonderful stay at The Boathouse for my 50th birthday. 4 adults and 2 teens. The location was stunning, next to a farm and with views straight on to the lake. There's a large grass area out the back of the property which was perfect for the dog to run around and for us to relax on the garden furniture. The Boathouse was clean and comfortable and very well equipped... even had a 'bean to cup' coffee machine with complimentary coffee! The decor is neutral and cosy and the place was so warm we couldn't even bring ourselves to use the gorgeous wood burner! Lots of extra bedding available too. The view from the lounge/kitchen diner though is the ultimate selling point of the property. We were very lucky to stay during lambing season and could watch the newly born lambs play in the adjacent fields. The farmer was even kind enough to let me daughter help feed the sheep and lambs which made her stay! Amazing, friendly, helpful communication from the start from Antonia. We loved it!!

what a lovely stay! Great communication throughout from Amy, making us feel very welcome. Hunters Barn was exactly as we thought it would be, in a lovely setting with friendly animals. And beautiful inside. Wish we could have stayed longer. Amy's little touches were a lovely surprise too, and the box of toys left out for our son to play with was another added bonus and very appreciated. Pleasure staying here.

A fantastic place to stay with our dog on our way to Plymouth. Very comfortable and clean and a fantastic garden and woodland for the dog. Steve is an excellent host. Really welcoming and communication is great. This is our third stay here and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

We had a lovely 3 night stay with our retriever. The cabin is beautiful, peaceful and very private with an amazing view from the balcony to sit outside and watch the sunsets. The hosts supply everything you'd need, even bits for your dog! They allow dogs to have freedom in the open fields in front of your cabin, which ours absolutely loved to play with his ball. So much to do nearby but we found ourselves wanting to spend more time at the cabin than go out as we adored it so much. Their cabin is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We couldn't recommend it more and hope to return in the future.

Sue is an excellent host and answers questions very quickly. The cabin is very nice and well laid out, but perhaps the bedroom could have a little more space to get in and out of bed, but not a problem. Surroundings are peaceful and secluded, with good accessibility to Lyme Regis, Seaton and the Jurassic coast in general.

Great host, cabin was perfect! Garden was bigger than expected and our anxious dog loved it! Private parking and self check in really was a perfect get away. Lots of lovely places to visit in the surrounding area and locals are friendly. Cabin has everything you need and host even left cookies and a welcoming postcard. We can’t wait to book again!!

Me and my partner had a lovely relaxing stay in this lovely cosy home. Lots of space and everything you could need and ask for. So close to local pubs and amenities and only 30 minutes to Bath and Longleat. Beautiful views from the relaxing hot tub which has to be the best one I’ve ever used. Lots of space, jets, and a built in speaker! Host was very quick to respond and more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back soon!

We have visited and stayed in the New Forest many times as a family but this was by far our favourite stay at this wonderful Cabin in the woods! Michael is an extremely attentive host and made sure everything went smoothly for our stay. The welcome basket was an incredibly kind touch. The Cabin itself is just wonderful - extremely comfy beds, beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything you could need and beyond. It is well stocked with games for both indoors and outdoors which our children loved. But the location and surroundings are the real stand out - utterly idyllic in a peaceful and private patch of the forest. Our children loved being able to roam free and explore and an evening spent by the fire pit listening to the sound of birdsong will be etched in our memories forever. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here - book it now!! And we will definitely return as soon as we can.

Second time staying in the cosy cabin and couldn't have had a better experience. Wonderfully presented, spotless and cosy as described. Already trying to figure out dates to return. Would highly recommend to anyone! 🙂

Had an absolutely fantastic time at Lindsay's property, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was brilliant. The idea was for a quiet, chilled few days and that's exactly what we got. The weather wasn't great so we weren't able to use the decked area and patio as much as we would have liked, but we did spend some time when the sun did shine outside and it was just perfect. So quiet, due to it's location on the park, with a view of the fields and trees, birds singing, squirrels visiting it was great. The lodge itself was amazing, very clean and perfect everything you could need or want was there. Beds were comfortable as was the lounge seating area - everything just brilliant. Lindsay was so helpful before during and after the visit, nothing was too much trouble and clear instructions given about everything. We will definitely look to return here without question.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and well-equipped guest house in Brockenhurst. The interior is modern with thoughtful details that made it feel very welcoming. Our son especially loved the sleeping area on the top level - a fun little hideaway for kids! The backyard is a peaceful spot to relax, with birds singing in the background adding to the charm. The railway is quite close to the house, which might be a consideration for light sleepers, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, a great place to stay - we'd definitely come back!

Barton Hollow was perfect for our stopover. Beautifully clean with fresh white bedding and a lovely little courtyard for breakfast. Debbie sent useful information prior to our stay and check in was very easy! Thanks for a lovely stay.
