Ash View Apartment for Walkers, Cyclists & Artists

A beautiful Victorian basement apartment in a perfect location for exploring Dartmoor National Park and the surrounding area by foot, bicycle or car. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, and generously sized bedroom. Ash View has underfloor heating to keep you cosy. Sole entry to the apartment is via a set of outdoor stairs. Secure bicycle storage is inside the apartment and a boot room for drying clothing and gear. Art workshops are also available and taught by the host!

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

Detox in this rustic one room Internet free space

This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Garden furniture, disposable BBQ, toys are available.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! Free parking included TVs: 55inch lounge + 28inch bedroom. It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks
