Beautiful off grid cabin in a stunning location overlooking Fish Lake. Easy access to hiking, skiing, etc. Nice view from the wood fired sauna, too.

I can only heartily recommend this place. We booked for almost one week and had an extremely pleasant and relaxing stay. The cabin is really private and is super clean. The deck was great for sunbathing and resting. A perfect base to stay at for exploring the surrounding area (Yosemite, Oakhurst, Mariposa, ...) while you can unwind in your private place. Amazing Airbnb!

I love this place! Just moved back to California and was excited for my first pappy’s show and was so happy this place was available. It wasn’t my first time here and it will definitely not be last (and first choice!). Guy and Nanc are the best!

Well, it was our little getaway for me and my fiancé. We had our pictures taken inside , if you’re looking for something different like the old West this is it it’s a bit to get to it way up in the hill but worth it at least stay there one night you’ll love it and you want to come back. Price is good too. It was more than $200. I don’t think it would be worth it but it’s perfect. David was great post. Also !!!

Madonna is a very gracious host and the house is brand new. If you are touring the northern Napa valley- this is a great place to stay as it is close to St Helena and Calistoga.

We lucked out when Wolf accommodated us for a very last minute stay. His place is a beautiful oasis in the woods. Would recommend it to anyone!

This was my second time staying at Guy and Nancy's place, and I can't recommend it enough. The room itself is cozy but has everything you could need, with the attached porch being the perfect spot to relax. I stay here when attending shows at Pappy & Harriet's down the street, and it's the perfect spot. Besides the room, Nancy and Guy are a delight to chat with. I'll be back if I get the chance.

From the farm tour to our actual ranch house, this was nothing short of a fever dream! The best experience ever from start to finish! You would be crazy not to book this place! Cannot wait to come back!!!

This was my second time staying at Mick’s bunkhouse. I extended a few times and ultimately couldn’t extend further due to a plumbing issue that required some significant work. Mick was always responsive and proactive in addressing the situation and providing alternatives. Mick was onsite even when sick trying to address the issue. He works very hard and takes a lot of pride in the space and it shows in how it is furnished and maintained. The bed continues to be one of the most comfortable I have had in an AirBnB with a great mattress, linens and pillows. The place is compact without being cramped and well furnished without being cluttered. The kitchen is workable with the small combo oven/microwave and portable cooktop. I regularly baked salmon and seared ribeye. Mick was always responsive to questions and feedback, including providing the rare utensils/amenities that helped improve the comfort and quality of my stay. Highly recommended!

My kiddos went and stayed for Valentines Day, and they had a great time. It was quiet, clean and cozy. it's still close to the big city and a short drive to necessities. The kitchen countertop was absolutely beautiful. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing views! Quiet and serene atmosphere. The house looks just like the pictures. The hosts had great communication and were very accommodating to our requests. Would 100% recommend!

The house was spacious and comfortable, and allowed us to relax. Alicia communicated with us promptly and thoroughly and helped us a lot. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the heaters and the heated carpets in the beds. The only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit weak. However, there was always hot water available for all 6 of us during our stay. The location is not within walking distance of downtown Paso Robles, but it is a very short drive away. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we were able to relax at night. I felt it was a property worth paying for to get around Paso Robles and the wineries during the day.

Fantastic experience and host. Beautiful, quiet and very serene surroundings. Peaceful atmosphere and relaxing. A great place to be out in the country and reset. Easy and scenic drive to Pinnacles East entrance, approx 45 mins. Beautiful and charming home. Pics represent well. Very clean, great heater and plenty of hot water. Linens and towels all great condition, comfy and cozy. Beds allowed for a good nights sleep. Well stocked kitchen, house well supplied. You must bring in all your food. Plan to cook/grill. The charm of the ranch is its remoteness, so no nearby stores or restaurants. The tap water is filtered and tastes amazing. Mitch is a fantastic host & our stay on his ranch was an experience we won’t soon forget.

Absolutely loved our stay with Carly at the farm. It’s so beautiful and quiet. As the listing says they’re out in the country so bring your own food, but the kitchen is amazingly well equipped, the cabins are spotless and very nice, bathroom is also spotless and very nice. But oh my gosh the property… it’s so cool. Stunning rolling hills, more birds and bunnies and wildlife and stars than you can count, common areas are VERY cool like the game room and fire pit and saloon, and we were lucky enough to be there when the goats were being born. Carly and her family let us meet all the babies and it was such a special experience for our daughter who loves animals. Amazing stay, we will def be back. One of the coolest Airbnb experiences ever. Thank you!

Brenda and Butch were very welcoming and helpful with directions. The property is beautiful and better than imagined. Spent lots of time relaxing, floating and swimming at the river. (Chevy Silverado 4x4 made the river access very easy.) We also loved fishing for bass in Brenda’s pond! The cabin had all the essentials. We were able to make wonderful meals on the bbq with a breathtaking view. A bald eagle frequented the valley and we held hope to see a bear, but only saw tracks. We really enjoyed our stay at Carley Ranch and we’ll be back! Thanks Brenda and Butch!

Paula, where do I even begin?! Your property is beautiful! The cake was absolutely delicious! We loved all of the decorations and attention to detail. We could not have asked for a better stay! I can’t wait to tell others about what a wonderful time we had. The only thing I wish is that we had more time there and that the weather was a little warmer to let us enjoy the pool. We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. We loved the location, close enough to town for convenience but tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful, private escape. It was the perfect place to relax during Eugene Marathon weekend. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great secluded spot. Lots of room for a large group. Host was very responsive and helpful. House is solar powered and comes with an easy to use generator when needed. Perfect spot for an off the grid weekend.

I was thoroughly impressed by this picturesque ranch house. Located in a serene forest outside of town, this home provided privacy and tranquility. All of the rooms were tidy and well kept, the beds were quite comfortable as well. The massive media room was a highlight, which had plenty of couch space and some fun movie props. When the sky cleared up, there was also a magnificent view of mount hood from the backyard.

We had a 3 night stay at Rich's "Brown Barn" - we could have happily stayed longer. Right from the beginning, Rich and Darryl were great hosts. Always replying promptly and being so flexible and accommodating. The "Brown Barn" was a fabulous place to stay for a family. Very spacious, so comfortable and lots to do both within the house and a short walk or drive away. This was a great stay - highly recommended. Many thanks again to Rich and Darryl for being so friendly and helpful and making us feel so welcome.

Fantastic getaway spot for 2. We opted to skip the stay in Cambria and stay at this ranch instead and felt completely validated by our decision. We loved having kitchen access to cook breakfast and dinner and being able to eat the meals on the private porch. Host was very friendly but also gave us complete privacy. Great place to enjoy mornings and evenings, with local towns, attractions, and Big Sur being close drives away

Words can’t express how amazing this spur of the moment trip was! Everything was perfect from start to finish. My dog doesn’t have many camping trips left in him and we were able to make the most special memories! Every recommendation was spot on, we went to every sight seeing/hiking spot mentioned. The leaves were changing for fall and it was like a dream! Go to Beckie’s, get a berry pie with ice cream, thank me later!
