Such an amazing slice of heaven! My husband and I and our cat stayed for a month and felt beyond lucky to get so much time there! Although it has a cabin-y and vintage aesthetic, it’s extremely clean and up to date. You can tell the hosts think of everything to make their guests comfortable — even fishing poles with bait! The beds are very comfortable and we had such a lovely time. We drove to nearby towns and even Seattle to experience different things, but always loved coming home to our little lake house <3 (FYI: the water pressure can be fixed, so don’t be afraid to ask the hosts! They’re amazing and extremely helpful)

Beautiful and convenient location for our Victoria trip. Lake view and private dock was a bonus. We went during Thanksgiving so we appreciated the view and hot tub. Only complaint was the very limited cooking pans and pots

The best is the view (and the location). I enjoyed the 10/10 view in the morning for a cup of coffee just by myself. The market down the street offers awesome breakfast so definitely recommend to give that a try. The fire pit would be a hit if you're visiting with kids. My boys loved it! Overall it's a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to my friends, and probably visit again!

This place is magical! I truly felt like I was on a vacation where I could just stay put and not leave the property whatsoever. The views are to die for and the marine life was sublime! Hope to come back again. I took my 20 something daughters and they both felt the same way. They kayaked and were kids again examining all the seashells, crabs, etc.

I can’t say enough positive things about Michael and Jennifer’s home. It’s rare to find an Airbnb that exceeds expectations, and this one absolutely does! Beautiful home, gorgeous scenery. Exceptionally well stocked, especially in the kitchen. The hot tub was a huge hit for sunrises and late night star watching. The outdoor “toy” trailer with bikes, kayaks, etc was incredible and had something for everyone. They even had seasonally decorated for the fall season. This was such a special stay, one that we will remember for a lifetime. Thank you!

Amazing waterfront house. Waking up and looking out the windows at the Hood Canal was magical. A seal stopped by every morning and would hang out right in front on the place. Great location to easily get up and down the 101. We felt at home and would definitely stay there again.

Such a great experience! So special to stay right on the beach. Beautiful! And the house had everything you could need - with clear labels and instructions. Teresa is the best host. Clear communication, welcoming, responsive and accommodating! We had an absolutely wonderful weekend.

This place is everything you could want for a fishing trip and more! I surprised my husband for his birthday with a stay in Cottage #5, and he loved every minute of it. The views were stunning morning and night, and the dock was just steps from the door—he fished from sunrise to sunset! We grilled steaks and had dinner by the water, and I enjoyed peaceful morning coffee with a view. The cottage was cozy and had all the basics we needed. The bed deserves its own shoutout—super comfortable! No TV, but we brought a projector and watched movies in the living room. Just a heads-up: there were a lot of bugs, which is expected in nature, so definitely bring bug spray. We had to DoorDash some along with candles, though not sure how much they helped. Overall, it was a relaxing and fun trip. We loved it and are already thinking about making this a yearly tradition. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful fishing getaway!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay with Lynna and Dennis. The cottage was just as described, just steps from the waterfront and we enjoyed the private beaches and daily kayaking excursions from the dock. What a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing spot. My only regret is that we could not stay longer.... but we will, next time. Lynna provided very helpful instructions ahead of time about the ferry and reservations. The cottages are both charming and fully-equipped, very clean and everything was as-written. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, both in Westsound (a few) and more options in Eastsound and beyond. I'd highly recommend, and we're already planning our next trip back.

My family and I loved our stay at this scenic lake house. We enjoyed unplugging and getting together during our stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

I wasn’t expecting to be so close to other people on the property however it was still very peaceful and enjoyable. The views were pleasant and the cottage itself was very cozy and quaint.

We loved our stay at Willow Cottage. The house was cozy and warm, the location was fantastic and Jennifer was incredibly friendly. Our family of four visited in late December and had a wonderful time reading by the fire, watching movies, hiking Turtleback Mountain, cooking and doing all the fun local activities. It was also a great place for our dog. We wondered whether the wifi would be strong enough to watch movies, but aside from a little pixelation, it was totally fine. We'd return in a heartbeat!

Lovely spot right across from the beach, the hot tub was great and inside had all the amenities you could want! So comfortable would love to stay again.

Truly a five star worthy place. Cozy and stylish at the same time, lots of beautiful details and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is right at the beach with view of the sunset and the hosts go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel at home.

Endless thanks to Lisa and Robin for helping us create an unforgettable holiday. This vacation had everything we needed for a peaceful 3-day getaway. We are already looking forward to coming back. Our 5-year-old son didn’t even want to return home!

The cabin is very tidy and provide alot of privacy for our stay. we love how we can walk up to the water.

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. Jake and Kim ended up getting us in last minute because our other Airbnb had some issues. Things were looking pretty bleak but they came through and saved our vacation. While I didn't get a chance to really do any exploring since we were doing some skiing and ended up getting in while it was dark. What I did see of the river was awesome. I'll definitely be coming back with our extended family in the summertime to take advantage of the area. The place is quiet clean and comfortable. and the hot tub was a lifesaver after a hard day of skiing. Really hard to get out of 😅

This is the perfect little place if you want to just settle into nature. The cabin is very cozy with the wood fire place and the sun room was my favourite to just cuddle up with a book. They have tons of books there as well as the neighbour down the road has a little sharing library. The whore area is filled with hikes and nature walks along with a beautiful little lake. Dave and Kyra are very friendly and welcome as well as their adorable dog. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Exactly as advertised! Numerous amenities, clean accommodations, responsive hosts! The handwritten "Welcome" note and local treats were a fantastic touch

There are few airbnbs that I feel such a strong inclination to return to but this one my whole family hopes we can come back to. The lake is so beautiful and the space so comfortable and cozy while also being spacious and nicely decorated. We felt right at home. We kayaked, biked around the lake, cooked amazing meals, and took a morning cold plunge. It was fantastic!

This A-Frame cabin was just perfect! Comfortable and cute, well-appointed. We had everything we could want and more... game cabin, hot tub, firepit, bikes, water toys. Beds were comfortable. Space was clean and cozy. Hands down, one of the best airbnb properties we have ever stayed at. We will definitely look for another of Brian's properties next time we are in Idaho!

Great base for exploring the area. Loved sitting in the rockers enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the birds on the river.

Such a great spot! The view from the deck is incredible and inside is super comfortable. Everything was clean and we had enough towels, soap, dishes, coffee, etc. Also the amenities were great!! (And the canoe struggles in wind FYI)
