Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

This cottage is 300 years old and has a wonderful inglenook fireplace and old beams. There is a great village pub just 400 yards away, which is dog friendly. There are lovely country walks straight from the cottage. We are next door to the property which is semi detached. We will welcome you on arrival but then leave you entirely to enjoy your holiday. We are always on hand to offer advice and tips for your holiday. One well behaved dog is always welcome. We charge £30 for a dog please.

The Nest is a recently converted peaceful, luxurious and romantic barn conversion, suitable for 2 (plus 1) guests. Superb local pub with Italian restaurant just a three minute walk away! Exclusive use of private hot tub. Private garden and bbq area. Set in 12 acres of a grade 2 listed former rectory dating back to 1798. The unique gardens and grounds provide peaceful, colourful, interesting and ever changing setting. Please search YouTube ‘GC gardens’ to appreciate the location.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Welcome to The Culm, our cosy 1 bed maisonette situated in lovely Devon in the Blackdown Hills an AONB. The Culm benefits from its own entrance and parking for 2 cars. We are lucky to be surrounded by glorious countryside with many walks on our door step. We are located on the outskirts of the village of Hemyock. The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.
