The rooms stands apart from the main house across a sunny courtyard. The Peddar's Way is nearby, as is Houghton Hall, Oxborough Hall and Holkham Hall amongst other attractions. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

56 Pentney Lakes is a bespoke log cabin situated directly on the lake of the popular Pentney Lakes site. This airy and modern cabin has four large bedrooms (2 en-suite) and will sleep 8-10 quests. The downstairs has a games room( Playstation 2 & 3, Wii and board games), entrance hall and large open plan living space containing a luxury kitchen, dining space and sofa area. The living space has two large bi-fold doors that open out onto the outside decking area with hot tub.
