This very charming, cosy and rustic log cabin is located on a private lake on the outskirts of a quiet family farm in North Chideock, just 5 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast. The tranquil surroundings make this place the perfect romantic getaway for couples and an amazing place to spend a holiday as a family. Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

The Reading Room is a separate annex of The Old Chapel in the main High Street in Charmouth. It's within 60 steps to the High St. Charmouth Beach is approx 5 minutes stroll. A unique space with a huge vaulted ceiling spacious kitchen, dining/ living area, modern integrated appliances and a beautiful oak floor. It has parking for one vehicle and a small outdoor space to the side of the Chapel with blue table and chairs for 2 people. Be aware steps to the bed platform are steep.

NOTE: We allow dogs strictly by request only. The Ark is situated in a beautiful location with panoramic uninterrupted close views of the sea and less than a minutes walk of Eype beach. The property is ideal for walks along the South West Coastal Path in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.

It is also a leisurely 25 minutes stroll to the vibrant market town Bridport. Renowned for its Arts & Culture, pubs and twice weekly antiques market.

Ground floor apartment 100 ms from beaches and coast walks, restaurants pubs and fishing harbour. Walking distance to West Bay Harbour and into Bridport Market town. Great coastal walks and cycle trails all along the south west coastal path. Bridport Golf club is 1/2 mile away, we also have some highly rated local restaurants, bars and pubs Guests are welcome to use the gardens and our sea view decking.
