Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

Everything you could ever need for your perfect holiday. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, which is known for its nightlife with many bars and pubs everywhere and its bohemic and artistic atmosphere. The "little house" is very close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, only a 15 min walk ( with a lot of sights in between) to Monastiraki square, the real center of touristic attraction. But , if you're not keen about walking, the closest metro station (Panepistimio) is only seven minutes from the house and can connect you to everywhere you could possibly want to go. Near Panepistimio are the stops Syntagma (1 stop), Akropoli (2 stops) and Monastiraki (2 stops, 1 change of lines). With a charge of 20 euros( the equivalent of the subway fair for 2 people),and after arrangement, I am availiable to pick you up from the airport upon your arrival and drive you to the apartment if you wish. Guests have access to the entire studio. After communication I will meet you to escort you to the apartment and give you the necessary information you need regarding transportation, the best tourist locations and to answer any of your questions. From then on, I will be availiable via phone, viber or w-app to help you with anything you need. The apartment is in the neighborhood of Exarcheia, known for its nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. It's close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, and is a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki Square.

My house is newly renovated (2018) and decorated in a stylish manner. Located on the 6th floor with amazing view, it can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (both of them have Satellite 32’’ LCD TVs), fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and espresso machine etc. The bathroom is nice and comfy with shower and amenities. You can relax in the overlooking lounge or in its private balcony. The entire apartment is avalaible for the guests. Close to the house you can find all kind of restaurants, bars, super markets and coffee shops. We personally welcome you and guide you throughout the house, giving you all the necessary help. We are at your disposal for any other information you need, places to visit or things to do during your stay in Athens! The apartment is right next door to the National Technical University of Athens. The National Archaeological Museum is a few steps away, and all of the city's popular historical sights are within easy reach. - Very close to Omonia Square where you will find a Metro station (200m.) - Once you exit the building, you will easy find public transportation in Patission str. (buses and trolley) that will take you in almost all of Attica's destinations. - Taxis on the streets available 24/7 The 80m2 apt (located on the 6th floor), is brand new inside (renovated in 2018). It has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds) and both bedrooms have a Satellite 32’’ LCD TV. The apartment has a nice, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with shower, a separate lounge with double sofa bed, balcony and a Satellite 42’’ LCD TV and it can accommodate up to 6 people.
