Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

The Gatehouse at Mirimiri is a hand-built limestone cottage set on a 10-hectare property on the edge of Wentworth Falls. It is situated at the end of a quiet, dead-end road adjoining the beautiful World Heritage National Park. The cottage is warm and welcoming with a rustic charm, and the modern amenities ensure a comfortable stay. Bullaburra is a quiet mid Blue Mountains village, just 3 minutes from Wentworth Falls and 15 minutes from Katoomba. The name means "Blue Skies" so we benefit from the clear Blue Mountains air without quite so much fog. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. Two have queen size beds, the third has a double bed and a single trundle. There is a real flame gas fire and air conditioning. The garden includes some veges and herbs that you can pick.

A renovated, split-level home on a quiet leafy street with stunning views from two expansive decks. The large fireplace heats up the open living and dining area and all rooms have air-conditioning.
