Welcome to Wharehine Farm Cabin, a cosy off-grid cabin with luxurious touches nestled in the rural community of Wharehine. Surrounded by uninterrupted views of rolling farmland and the coast. Relax watching the endless stars from the outdoor bath or enjoy reading a book and glass of wine snuggled on the couch. Only an hour from Auckland’s north shore, the seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin, each with its own separate driveway and amenities.

A self contained cabin, child friendly, in a rural setting. Great location to explore local attractions Boulder creek cabin (30m2) is 20m from our family home on our working dairy farm. The cabin provides all the necessities for a night or 2 away where you can explore the surrounding area. An easy stop over or weekend destination with Te Arai and other local surf beaches, Tomarata lakes and Te Arai Links golf course nearby. Enjoy the amazing stars, farm walks and fresh farm milk!

Fishmeister Lodge

This modern guesthouse with a 5 metre stud has a large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed and two singles, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with extensive decks and concrete floors throughout. Features include spa pool, fireplace, indoor/outdoor dining areas, set on a 1 acre property. 2 minutes drive to market, restaurants and takeaways, including the iconic Mangawhai Tavern. 10-15 minutes drive to your choice of white-sand surf beaches and world class golf courses.

We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Once your day of adventuring is through, enjoy tucking into your goodies followed by a great sleep in the loft in a king size bed.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Fully self contained bright sunny unit suitable for 1 to two persons -full kitchen own bathroom shared laundry- unit attached to main house own access plenty parking space - lovely gardens to venture around- Tea coffee and milk are supplied - also shampoo and shower gel - handy to both the east and west coast beaches there is also a world renowned Kauri Museum 15 mins away - 10 minutes from two country towns with great eateries. Beachfront Apartment, Mangawhai Heads

Homely timber living area with balcony and fabulous sea views. Step out on to beautiful Picnic Bay. Ideal sheltered swimming area. 3 minutes walk to Surf beach. 4 minutes drive to shops, cafes, championship golf course. Tariff for 2 people is based on them just using the main bed and bathroom upstairs. If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.

The Little Guest House, Matakana

The little guest house is warm, clean and sunny. Enjoy the comfy queen bed and fresh cotton linens. Set in a convenient location to enjoy all that Matakana and it’s surrounds has to offer, with easy parking and access. Wake up to birdsong and listen to the Tui's during the day. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and a small bar fridge are provided. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of beautiful Matakana Village.

Relax on the Kaipara Harbour

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

Tranquil cabin close to Matakana and Warkworth

Wake up to birdsong at this private and quiet getaway, that has plenty of nearby activities and attractions. Visit the local vineyards, markets, restaurants, beautiful beaches and local walks. The cosy cabins are less than an hour North of Auckland tucked away at the base of the Dome Valley reserve which is 5 minutes drive from Warkworth and 15 minutes to Matakana.
