Orig. from Germany, we love our little paradise on Ruth Lake and would like to share it with you. We live on the same property, there is enough room to respect each other's privacy. You are welcome to the gifts of nature and the use of kayak, canoe, fishing boat( licen.) bicycles. We are very well travelled and know exactly how nice it is to find a welcoming home away from home. We would like to share our experiences of the area. We are open the howl year and we are Pet friendly, please ask !

Escape to Canim Lake and enjoy crisp autumn days and gorgeous fall colours. Stunning views to Wells Grey park, with access to a private beach, fire pit and two kayaks. The space has an up cycled vintage vibe. Across the deck there's an outdoor kitchen, with fridge, propane stove, air fryer, toaster & BBQ. There's a composting toilet & shower. Work remotely & go for a paddle on your break! Campfire ban is lifted, so make s'mores while you stargaze! Well behaved dogs considered!

Bulls Eye Ranch is the perfect location to rest on your travels and has been fully renovated for your comfort, maintaining a mood of a farm stay getaway. Enjoy daily strolls on 130 acres of pristine meadows, and view abundant wildflowers and wildlife. Visit our highland cows, horses and our two mini donkeys, who are always happy to accompany you on walks!

*once temperatures are -0, only water source is in showerhouse*. 10 minutes to Wells Gray Park, 5km from stores. Amenities include queen bed, table, hot plate, toaster, kettle, fridge, and drinking water. There is a newly built funky shower house beside the cabin with warm water for showers and a flushing toilet. The property uses well water, it may have a mineral scent but its totally safe! Its no 5 star hotel, but we like it that way! Check out the park from this rustic quiet cabin.

Cozy Lakeside Cabin Getaway with WHOKA

Moose Cabin is a cozy retreat overlooking Roserim Lake, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, fishing, & birdwatching, it also provides access to ice-fishing destinations and many skidoo trails. Set on a working farm with sheep, goats, chickens, and friendly wildlife, guests can enjoy sunsets, and cozy evenings by the fire, and explore nearby waterfalls, sandy beaches, and endless outdoor adventures. Moose Cabin is a true nature lover’s haven.

Half Moon Guest House

The Half Moon Guest House is quiet & peaceful, unique accommodation, comfortable atmosphere and friendly hospitality. It's only a few minutes to Wells Gray Park and 4 km from town. The guest house is on the same property as the owner's house. On our little mini ranch we have 5 horses, 2 friendly pup's and one cute little kitten. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We also provide coffee/tea. Our Guests can use the fire pit and barbecue and relax on the patio.

Family Loft Suite

Eden Place is a beautiful log structure, hand built out of locally harvested spruce trees. Cozy, yet spacious, this loft is the perfect place for an executive weekend or a family getaway in Wells Gray Park. Many of our guests are simply passing through Clearwater as we are roughly halfway between Vancouver and Edmonton. All amenities are within a five-minute walk. This beautiful, spacious cabin sleeps 2 people with 1 king sized bed, it can sleep up to 4 people as the cabin has a sofa bed as well. In the center of the cabin sits a beautiful wood stove, so on those chilly nights you can snuggle up next to the fire and get toasty. This cabin includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, wireless Internet, a bluetooth speaker and a private deck with chairs, picnic table and barbecue.
