Alan is a gracious and responsive host. We placed a few operational challenges in his path and handled them all with no issues! Always very responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back next year!

We are AirBnB veterans having stayed in many in NA, UK, Canada and Aus. We always say that anyone who runs a BnB should live in it for a week to understand what you really need. It’s obvious our hosts have also stayed in many BnBs as they have provisioned the place well, the way you would like it if they were the guest. We Enjoyed; The art work The large bed (which was our initial attraction) Large functional kitchen. The lemon tree in the yard. Yummy fresh lemons for our drinks and zest etc. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean house. We enjoyed a lot. Kids specially enjoyed Kangaroos at front yard.

Great place to stay for a break. 2 minute walk and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in Australia. lots of walking tracks and very close to the General Store and Surf Club. the Surf Club has an awesome range of food. The kitchen and family room area was a great spot to hang out to watch the footy with the family and our dog. I would highly recommend staying at Seaspray.

Perfect little cottage for our week away

We loved this beach house right next to the lake. It had everything to guarantee a comfortable stay and more. The yard was secure for our dogs and right behind the house is a walking path taking you along the beautiful lake with many beaches and beautiful areas. we had a wonderful stay and our dogs loved it too.

Perfect for what we needed. A great family house that was very comfortable, and clean and close to a great playground. Communication with the host was also great.

You have such a beautiful home! My family and I had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay. We've been road-tripping this Easter week from Melbourne to Sydney and back, stopping in small towns along the way to explore — and your place has been the absolute standout among all the accommodations we've stayed in. It's our final stop before heading home, and it honestly felt like a 5-star hotel — or even better! I absolutely loved the style, the furniture, and every little detail. Our stay at Adrian’s “Betts Place” was absolutely wonderful. The home was perfect for our holiday and our little dogs. It was private, light filled and calm. We enjoyed wandering into town to get breakfast in the mornings and head out for dinner at night - the location was perfect and very convenient. We will absolutely be returning.

Really great place to stay especially if you have a boat. Walks around the arm are easy and you meet lots of friendly locals.

We had a great stay at Amanda’s place. Very clean and tidy, lovely linen. Easy walk to town. Amanda is a wonderful host!

We had a fantastic stay at Peak 202 over Easter for a family wedding—John was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect. Just steps from the village and Chamois ski run, the location couldn’t be better. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, and the space was warm, welcoming, and well-equipped. Our family felt completely at home with three spacious bedrooms, a spa bath, drying room, full laundry, and a great kitchen with everything from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher. The gas fireplace, Smart TVs, free WiFi, and heated balcony with BBQ made it extra cozy and convenient. Keyless entry and thoughtful extras like games and a secure parking space really stood out. Everything was spotless, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. Thanks, John, for a memorable and seamless stay—we’ll definitely return to Peak 202!

Perfect spot so close to the centre of the village. Very helpful instructions for entering and had all the little bits you need to enjoy a stay.

We had a lovely stay at Kerry’s place! It was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a few nights away. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. Everything we needed was readily available, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home made the stay even more enjoyable. Kerry was also a great host — responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to stay!

The home was just like the photos, clean and comfortable! Cosi was very helpful and we could let him know if we needed anything for our stay. Check in was super easy, and overall everyone was happy with their stay :)
