I booked at the very last minute at 6:30pm on the night and the host responded so quickly. I am so grateful because this old house is very unique with plenty of history. Awesome views that you never get tired of. Walking distance to every where. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the property and bedrooms rooms up on 2nd level so if you have old or bad legs this could be a problem. Not a problem for me at all though & I am nearly 60. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your family home with me.

a big comfy space with lots of amenities, well suited for families. parking may require some skill but Gabbie was a kind and responsive host that gave clear instructions beforehand.

The house is quite spacious and comfortable. We arrived late cuz we driving down from AKL at the same day. And Crystal prepared drink and food for us then we can fed ourselves after a long traveling. Meanwhile, crystal also prepared cable lead after we noticed we got a Tesla to charge. Anyway you will never regret to stay this awesome place.

Sheryl's home was great . The bed is so comfy, spotless toilets and the kitchen has enough utensils for us to cook n prepare meal. We definitely want to.come back

My husband and I loved this place! Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and that is saying a lot. We took the bus to go downtown which was easy and inexpensive. We walked in the native gardens right next to the property. We walked to the grocery. Even though we had a car we never needed it. The porch was our favorite place and we sat and watched the birds. So peaceful and seemed worlds away from the city. Highly recommend this beautiful home and grounds.

A fabulous place for a family holiday - my kids loved playing in the flat yard and with the beach about a minute or two walk away, it was easy to get the kids into the water and back. Raumati South four square and cafes just over 5 minutes walk away. The bach itself was well equipped with basic supplies and Amy is a wonderful host - proactive communicator and extremely kind and helpful.

We had a really lovely stay! beautiful apartment with an incredible view and easy access to central Wellington. Sam was a lovely host!

Great place to stay for our long Welly weekend. Jackie and Bill are great, good to get along with, helpful and communicative. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Gile's place in Wellington. Everything was perfectly clean and well provisioned. The location is super, walkable to all shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Gile is very responsive and a true gem of a host. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is an Airbnb 5+ stay!

Lovely apartment, beautiful gardens in the grounds, easy entry, loved that the cupboards had the essentials like at home. Highly recommended

The pictures do not do this place justice, the views are absolutely amazing! The place was squeaky clean and so comfortable. I stayed for 4 weeks and it had everything I needed to cook and live. The driveway and road that it is off of is very steep, so be mindful if you do not have a vehicle. But it is very doable for an active person due to the bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Awesome place, thanks so much.

A five-star location indeed! We didn't have a car but being based right on the Terrace meant we could walk to most attractions. Laurice was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in which was really helpful. Highly recommended!

Check-in was seamless with keyless entry. The place was beautiful, private, and peaceful – just what we needed. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the large wardrobes were perfect for storing our things. A short 2-minute walk to Akarau Tangi Stadium, which was ideal for our trip. Close to the airport (10 mins), CBD (10-min Uber), and walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, and local shops. The washer and dryer were super handy. Host was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Can't speak highly enough of our accommodation. My only regret is that we weren't able to book for longer. Clean, well set up, lots of room and so much more. We booked on a recommendation from family who had stayed and will be recommending to others.

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.
