Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

YEAR ROUND lake loving! This secluded cottage sits directly on Lake of the Isles. Accessible by private road with plenty of parking or launch your boat at DeWolf State Park and in 30 seconds, arrive at the cottage and moor your boat during your stay. Surrounded by mature trees, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the lake. At the water, there is a large floating dock. You'll enjoy swimming and great fishing from the dock. Newly drilled well 12/24
