Beautiful home with an amazing view of the front range. Nice big back yard with a smoker / grill and gas firepit. Only minutes from i-25, Buccees, and a Woods Market grocery store.

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

This house is fantastic. It is roomy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described. We had a couple issues that were completely our fault and Maria took care of them immediately. We had a wonderful visit with family and much of that was because we had such a perfect place to stay. Maria really is a Super Host! 🥰😊 When we visit again, I hope this beautiful home is available! Overall it was a good stay and definitely worth the price. Pros: Very clean. Massive living room and big couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Safe and convenient location. Large closets in the bedrooms were great! Cons: Very creaky wood floors/doors (it is an old home). There are basement tenants (not a problem but I wasn’t fully aware of this before arriving). Backyard is not private or fully fenced (bummer for dogs). Rooms are too small for king beds, pretty cramped especially if you like to keep a suitcase out (or a pack n play in our case). This place was great for what we needed and I would stay here again.

Cute little home! Exactly how it is shown on the Airbnb photos. A quiet neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants within walking distance! A welcoming experience immediately as you enter the home. Stacy is on it when it comes to communicating with you! She’s a great host! It’s worth booking this place. I’m definitely coming back from California!

Great place for work travel, all the amenities of being at home, plenty of cookware, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, etc. made it easy to be away from home for two weeks.

Stunning, new townhouse, staying here was a real treat in itself! Nice little patio to enjoy the cool evenings. My pups and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. There is a large park across the street, though we utilized other parks in our travels. Great location to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This basement space is exactly as described. Stayed for two nights and could have easily stayed longer with the nice and updated kitchen and comfy bed. Backyard is not fenced and the folks living upstairs do have a (nice) dog, as an fyi for those traveling with pets (it seemed as though they were long-term tenants). You do have a few steps to go down to get into the basement, which is to be expected. Host was kind and responsive. Would stay again.

I loved how it was walking distance to coffee shops. I enjoyed walking into town early in the morning. I’d stay here again

Casey is a great host. Friendly and responsive. Also gave us our privacy. The rental was as described and suited our needs. It was a good value as well. Would rent again if needed.
