Enjoy a rural environment only 50 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., and 45 minutes away from Andrew's Air Force Base. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with horses, goats, ducks, and more this property allows children space to run and play. Stores are less than 10 minutes down the road. This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

This spacious 2-bedroom/1-bathroom basement apartment is completely separate from upstairs unit. Private entrance located at the back of the house, all new appliances, and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery stores, sit-down eateries, and fast food chains. You get 2 spaces of the 4-car driveway. Max two pets. A $50 per pet fee must be paid before checkin. No parties allowed.

We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.
