Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our quarter acre garden. Although Calstock is a small town it has many great features to make your stay a truly memorable one and is well situated to make exploring the South East corner of Cornwall really easy. Guests will enjoy a compact yet bijou cottage with open plan living/kitchen area with dishwasher, wood burner, comfy beds and wifi all included. There is also a small decked area at the front of the cottage for your use.

Rumleigh Farm is a rare, idillic treasure hidden in the Tamar Valley AONB. Set in 17 acres the farmstead has been around since before the Domesday Book. The Hop House is tucked away by itself, in a converted stable block dating from the 17th Century. Despite it's age its a cosy retreat for a couple with all the modern comforts you would expect including underfloor heating and wifi. A rural paradise tucked away providing the ideal break to get away from it all.

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
