This apartment was clean, beautiful and just as described. The air conditioning worked very well, as did all of the amenities. The WiFi was sufficient for all four of us to be on devices without issue. Having 2.5 baths was convenient. The mattresses were firm. The washer/dryer was very nice. The pool and workout facilities were immaculate. George was a gracious host--met us as arrival and checked in with us via text during our stay to make sure things were going well. The 24-hour security were friendly and helpful at the gate. We were able to order Uber rides or walk to the nearby malls, where you can also exchange foreign currency. There's a good variety of restaurants within a 1 mile radius, so we picked a different one almost every night! Overall, we had a lovely stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

My stay in Kophis place was memorable. It was home away from home. I strongly recommend it to anyone that needs their service.

Our family really enjoyed our stay with Joseph. The apartment was very well located, safe, and the perfect place for our family’s first Ghana trip. The caretaker Kweku was always available, day and night and both Joseph and Kweku were very proactive, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Reo and his team were very kind and welcoming. There was security present 24-7. It's an extremely spacious apartment ideal for hosting friends. The fully stocked kitchen with appliances was so helpful! I was traveling with one other person and we were too busy to take advantage of the television, Bluetooth speaker, board/card games and pool! Although the building is right across from the main road to catch buses and cars easily, the space feels peaceful and protected. Thank you!!!

Perfect Stay! This one-bedroom apartment was an absolute gem! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The location was ideal for me, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or a work trip. I felt right at home and will definitely be returning. This place is great! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We had one small issue during our stay and the host quickly fixed it and continued to check up with us. There are many places you might need within a couple minutes walk: taxi stand, bus stop, pharmacy, grocery store, many restaurants and more. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is great. I really appreciated that they had many things there for us ahead of time so we didn’t have to worry about going to the store right away. They had water for us, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. The place is great for a long stay and I would definitely stay here again

It's just what I wanted. Hot shower was great. You have all the appliances you would need if you like cooking like I do. Free chilled water always available. Great restaurants around including local dishes. I took advantage to walk to the Mall most evenings. I will go back again. Definitely!

Very serene and neat place. The workers were helpful . The only problem I had was the road leading to the building. I will definitely visit there again. Serenity 10/10
