Very beautiful, peaceful and unique compared to the cookie cutter houses throughout the city. We had 2 ducks come visit us everyday at the backyard pool. Love the beds, best I've slept in a while! Awesome selection on cable channels.

We enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable, very relaxing in the back yard by the pool and the place was clean when we arrived, definitely recommend to others

The kitchen was well equipped, and the little thoughtful touches like fresh coffee and local recommendations was warming. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, and shops. I felt secure and at home. it was perfect size for me and my wife. alot of stores close by to get any amenities..it is a nice place and I would stay there again. The house was great! Super clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location and super close to AT&T Stadium. There are lots of eateries in the area and the neighborhood was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Our second stay at one of Tim's properties was as awesome as the last! Great host and great space.

Very comfortable for 7 people, clean, quiet,easy access to things like groceries, and all necessities, kitchen was well stocked with those things you needed for preparing meals, lots of cooking utensil, silverware and dishes.

Great place to stay. Close to alot of local bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Downtown is close. Place is very clean. Can't wait to come back and see the neighborhood after they finish the building and adding new places in this neighborhood. Mindy is a great host.

The home was perfect for us and 2 other of our baseball team families. Everyone had their own space with plenty of spreading out room in the common areas. The boys were able to stay together in the bunk room which they loved and were kept entertained by the pool table, darts, basketball goal and ping pong table. If we are ever in the area again, this place will be at the top of our list. Its about 20 minutes to Rocker B Ranch fields.

Cozy is a good description for this place. We had a nice stay while briefly in town for a concert. It looks just as the pictures show and as the description says. Short drive to AT&T Stadium, although we walked relatively easily (25-30 mins). Eduardo was helpful and responsive with any questions we had.

What a great home with an amazing view! We loved being on the lake and close to town! We enjoyed the downtown square of Granbury and even took in a show at the Granbury Live! We had a wedding at The Brooks in Weatherford and this was just perfect for our family!! House was amazing and everything exactly as what was listed!! Highly recommend if you need a place to stay!!!
