Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

It’s been said “there’s a bit of magic in the air” as you meander the long wooded drive through our private 33 acres to the house where our horses greet you upon arrival! This is the perfect place to call your home away from home.

This adults-only, semi-private tiny home compound is surrounded by an 8' decorative privacy fence on 3 sides, and the river on the 4th. Enjoy the river views, relax by the fire, soak in the hot tub, and stroll to downtown Waynesville for shopping, craft breweries, and fine dining. Explore Maggie Valley 3 miles away, nearby mountain attractions, and Asheville just 25 miles away. Endless possibilities await!

At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
