We loved our stay. This place exceeded expectations on every level. Would absolutely stay again.

We really appreciated Jeff’s suggestions…tried Lena & loved it. So walkable to nearby restaurants, casino, Eastern Market & stadiums.

This was a fantastic place to stay as a jump-off point to explore Detroit. Some great restaurants and galleries within walking distance. Also, grocery stores near by. Downtown is just a short Uber ride away. The place was very clean, and the internet was lightning fast. Any small question and Alejandro would answer within a few minutes. A cute little place in a fun neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

The apartment was exactly as described. You will have to watch your head as majority of the ceilings are slanted due to the character of the home (I am 5’2 and my husband is 6ft). Very clean. I loved learning about the history of the house. There was a great information binder about the home restoration and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed The Roost (coffee shop right around the corner). Bed was more comfortable than expected. Shower had good pressure and was hot. Roku Tv so you will have to sign into your accounts. We were able to walk downtown but it took some time. Overall great price for a place close to downtown

Location for our activities is perfect. there is decent food around the area with in 10 minutes. The only thing that could be a negative is if you are inexperienced at backing a trailer this may not be the place for you. My father was a truck driver, and I learned to back a trailer before I could drive a car legally. Other than that, nice place to stay

This is a great place to stay when in Grosse Pointe. Clean, comfortable and very quiet. The Keurig was well stocked. Private parking in the back was an added perk.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!

Incredibly close location to all of the sporting venues. Historic house that’s been fully renovated. Overall, a great value.

It was a tremendous weekend. Sam was a tremendous host and I do not regret anything from the trip. He communicates and very dependable.

I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. I especially appreciated Joeleo going above and beyond during my long term stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

Great place, nice, big, and clean in a safe gated community. Great people and great hosts. Walid and Lubna were very friendly and welcoming. Best experience ever!.
