We loved our stay. It was in a great, safe location and very close to Miami University. The place was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was an overall great place to stay. There is a nice and peaceful sun room, great yard, and great open kitchen/living room for just hanging out. Brian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. This is one well save for next time.

Cozy and cute (clean) with comfortable beds. Many useful amenities. Peaceful with zero disturbances. Loved having a yard for our pups. No issues with check-in or out.

Robyn's Miami Inn was fabulous for visiting our son at Miami University. The house was very clean, well-appointed with everything we needed, 3 comfortable queen beds, and the perfect sectional to relax on. The location was extremely close and walkable to High Street in Oxford. We especially loved walking the few blocks to the RedLife Coffee in the morning and enjoyed their coffee and crepes. I would highly recommend Robyn's place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Ashley’s home worked out great for our family’s 4-day trip to Muncie. The house and amenities were exactly as described and the home was super clean when we arrived. The WiFi and smart tvs worked great and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to make meals. The game room was a huge plus, and we had fun playing air hockey and foosball with our boys. The neighborhood is quiet, seemed very safe, and conveniently located. Would absolutely rent again.

We were so beyond impressed with our home away from home at Ryan's property. It was so beautiful and cozy. The attention to details was amazing. Ryan was so responsive and continually checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect get away for my family. It's like they thought of everything. Even the tissues smelled good. lol. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. Check in and check out instructions were so simple and clear. We hated to leave when we did. I would highly recommend Ryan and any of his properties. He was the most amazing host. Probably one of our favorite properties we've stayed at. Ryan thank you so much for being such a gracious host. Anyone that stays at your properties is bound for the best stay. If we ever head up that way again we will definitely look you up first.

Our church staff of six people stayed here for a staff retreat and it was a great house to hang out together in! Very peaceful and beautiful area. We lloved visiting the horses on the property!

What a lovely place! We were in town for our girls' soccer tournament in Oxford and this was a great escape for after the games. The kids enjoyed playing in the open wooded area, we grilled and relaxed. The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was also very close to the lake which we visited both nights to see the sunset. We will be back!

We have stayed at several of Cecile’s units before and have always found them convenient to ball State. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Although we had slight problems with the bathroom shower, Cecile and her husband were very responsive and helped to find a quick solution. We would stay here again.

I loved the old federal home, felt very cozy to what I grew up in. I loved the fact there is no wifi so devices aren't a big distraction, we stayed for the weekend to go to haspin, only 5 minutes away. Overall this weekend at Melissa's was amazing.

This was just what we were looking for. Mainly a place with a spa, some place NOT in the middle of many other houses. The house has other tenants connected to the house, but this was never a problem. We love that the spa was INSIDE, as the days we were there, it was cold outside! We love the shared backyard; we never saw anyone else outside. We did see five deer the field behind the fenced in yard! The area is peaceful. And though it's "in the country", it was never too far from where we needed to be. The drive was peaceful and traffic-free. The house itself was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv in the back spa room to work, but we enjoyed being able to log into streaming on the reg tv in the living room. We may have to come back next year, and if so, and if it's available, we'd definitely stay here again! Also, we had an issue with our car and she was able to recommend a reputable mechanic in the area!

This is the second time we've stayed here and it's super close to the convention center but out of the way. Downtown is super close and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Had a great time here! Was very impressed upon arrival. This place is a good walking distance from the river as well as other places to keep you busy. Easy to find and was provided with clear entry instructions.

My wife and I really enjoyed this cabin it was very peaceful and quiet. We spent most of the time enjoying the view from the back porch. Ross was great host.

Stephanie's cabin is so cozy and charming :) My family and I enjoyed our stay! It is private and peaceful ❤️ Stephanie is great at communicating and was flexible with accommodations. We truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this location.

House is gorgeous and provides everything you need. Towels are fluffy and fresh. Rooms are spotless, pillows are fluffed and clean. Kitchen has everything needed including an ice maker and k cups for the Keurig. We felt right at home and really enjoyed the patio. Plan to return for our next visit to Oxford!

We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail in the cottage makes it cozy and comfortable. Quiet and private location in the woods. It iwas nice to be so close to the lake.

This was the first time staying at Brittany's cozy cabin and I would definitely and highly recommend it. It was in a very convenient location for my daughter's sorority "mom's" weekend at Miami University. It was only a 20-minute drive straight down the street right into downtown Oxford. The detailed instructions were PERFECT. But it was the extra special touches that really put this place above the rest. Because I shared with Brittany that I was planning on making a home cooked meal for my daughter - there was some nice kitchen essentials available that were so appreciated! There was also coffee, creamer, cookies and soda. I felt right at home in this very comfortable cottage! I will definitely consider staying here again!
