The home was very clean and fit seven people comfortably. The host thought of everything, and anything we needed was in place ready to go. Bicycles were in excellent condition and the pool was so much fun with the family. There was a closet full of games and lots of thoughtful books and movies for all ages throughout. The host provided advice on how to get the most out of our stay in the area.

We really enjoyed staying here! Beautiful home that we all loved. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The only thing we were bummed about was that the pool was not heated (We assumed it was since it was available all year long) but after looking at the listing again it did not indicate that it was heated. Alvin was a great host and was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful weekend on St. Simon. Went to celebrate our daughter and her fiancé. Great location, plenty of room for our family and friends. Beautiful screened in porch where we ate breakfast and were able to visit with everyone. Thank you for a great Easter weekend!

Our group had a fantastic experience staying at Derek‘s home. Highly recommend! It’s within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants, there is a golf cart on site that you can rent daily, fantastic pool, plenty of space for a large group of friends/family. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Terrific home! Great location near the pier and the lighthouse. It was a perfect house for our golf trip. Everyone had their privacy and big kitchen and TV areas made it great to watch college basketball. The outdoor space is AMAZING with the pool, fireplace and sitting area. You can walk down the street for a great view of the water and also stroll through the shops and nearby restaurants. Very pleased with our trip!

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

Great spot! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and great local restaurants. We stayed for a week and we would definitely keep this rental in mind for any future SSI stays.

Great location! Came for a Spring Break baseball tournament with friends staying in the adjoining unit. Kids loved the swing and fire pit! Very convenient to everything on the island.

We booked this house for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at for our wedding. It was beautiful and very clean. It’s in a great location to lots of great restaurants and shops. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

My family and I enjoyed a getaway trip to Jake’s place & will definitely be back! It was our first time to St. Simons and it could not have gone smoother. Our golden retriever had a perfect fenced in yard to play, and we all enjoyed how easy the walk to the beach was. The house is very pretty, clean, and makes you feel right at home. Along with a peaceful neighborhood makes this place 10/10! Jake is an awesome host and will help you out with whatever you need! Highly recommend booking!!

Everything is always so neat & tidy! We loved everything about this home! The big kitchen with the gas stove is amazing!! The kids loved playing the games and the hot tub is just icing on the cake. We loved this home! I'd definitely recommend staying at any of their places. Thank you guys for sharing your homes with us!!

Darien has always felt like a home away from home! This is the first time we’ve stayed at John’s place, but we fell in love with his little home. We hope to be back in the future!

David's instructions were very clear and accurate and we didn't have any problem finding the house or checking.

We loved the covered porch and tons of fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped and the descriptions for the house were all very accurate. My husband was able to run meetings with the excellent internet too! Would happily stay again :)

We had the most amazing stay! This place was exactly what we were looking for, and everything matched the description perfectly. The location was fantastic—right near DeMere and Frederica Road, with many great restaurants just steps away or a short drive away. Nights were incredibly peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! This week was all about relaxation, and it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! This was my second time staying at Derrick's place. And, I will be a repeat guest, again. Great location, easy to get to, priced at a fair rate, comfortable accommodations, the house is equipped with everything you need, and a very knowledgeable and helpful host. I could not think of a flaw if I had to, absolutely zero complaints and nothing but good memories. I do not know if it is possible to find a better host.
