Corey is such a wonderful host. Great communication, easy check in and you’ll find everything you need to make yourself at home after a long car trip. We alway look forward to our stay in this cute cabin in the woods and reliable hospitality from our host! Had a great time, plenty of space for everyone. Very nice having 3 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Everyone was able to do their own thing without being on top of each other.

The place was just like the pictures showed. Very peaceful, scenic and quiet. There was lots of room in the house. The backyard was private and right on the lake. Loved Use the huge fire pit. The kitchen very well stocked. There was recommendations for restaurants and stores in the area. Place is easy to find. We also enjoyed the front large deck as well. If you have kids, there’s plenty of games and boats to use in the lake. We went in fall, so didn’t do any swimming, but still enjoyed the scenic views and the fall colors. Hali checked in with me before and during my stay. I didn’t need anything but I’m sure if I did she would’ve been quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is great for larger groups, plenty of space. For sure the biggest wow factor of the property is it's location on the river, the scenery and the amenities like fire pit with wood, kayaks, bikes and billiards table. walked in and felt right at home. The river is great for floating and has crystal clear water. I definitely would stay here again.

This is a great place to get away. There is something for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The house was nicely decorated and located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The lake was a nice temperature and you could see the bottom. There were some weeds but it wasn't bad. We weren't able to catch any big fish, but the little kids had some success catching some little fish right off the dock. I would recommend renting the pontoon boat. Though the lake isn't very big it was fun to ride around and explore. Also, Melissa is very kind and responsive.

This property is stunning. Our extended family stayed here last week and took full advantage of the beautiful grassy areas and enjoyed several games of volleyball. There is a concrete patio with retractable awning down by the water that we used daily to relax in the shade and watch the kids swim. The lake floor was very mucky, but it didn't keep us from the water. The location is also great - only a few miles from the grocery store and downtown Waupaca. Communication with John was fabulous. We had issues with the locks in the Annex and he sent somebody over to take care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My stay exceeded my expecations! Booked this listing for my family to celebrate my moms 62nd birthday and it was a blast! The privacy of the cabin allowed my family to be their usual loud, crazy selves. The cabin had lots of games to keep us occupied, and the ping pong table down stairs was a family favorite! Jessica was very responsive and answered any questions I had. I 100% recommend this listing to anyone! This was a perfect weekend getaway for my family.!

We so enjoyed our stay at Tricia's place. We were able to explore Wapaca, do some fishing and boating, enjoy a campfire and just relax after a busy summer. My family loved the wide selection of games. We had a great time.

Country lane cottage was a lovely Chain O’ lakes find. Being a frequent Waupaca visitor and renter, my family and I have stayed at many different cottages. This house did not disappoint. It was nice, spacious, clean and on a great piece of property. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed Dake Lake, as we usually stay on Mccrossen. The lake was clean and somewhat sandy in the shallow waters. It had beautiful sunsets and great fishing. The pontoon boat was fabulous, as were the kayaks and paddle boards. It was an excellent place for a family vacation with my small children. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Charming house, private location but still very close to town. All the amenities that are needed were there and clearly labeled, so easy to find. The automatic door lock scared our dog, but was a nice security feature for us humans. The fenced in area of the yard was nice, but even better was the ability to walk down the long driveway and around the pond with our dog- she loved that. There were a lot of dead asian beetles upstairs, but I understand those can be out of the owners control. We loved the property on a rainy and foggy December weekend- I imagine it would be amazing if we came back during the summer when we could sit outside and enjoy a fire and the night sky. Thanks Alexandria for being a great host for our Christmas getaway.

Beautiful location, clean water—amazing. Family-friendly for sure, but it was also a lovely spot for me and my dogs to relax after a busy summer. Waupaca as well as the Chain O Lakes area have lots to do. Don’t forget to explore quaint and nearby Rural, Wi. I loved sitting on the pier with my coffee, the patio for lunch, and around the fire pit for dinner. The sunset and stars are always beautiful. Thank you for a terrific escape.

My family had a wonderful stay at Will's cottage. The house was spotlessly clean. The yard was fun for my grandkids and we had plenty of room to eat most of our meals outside. Furniture and beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals. We liked the location and enjoyed the live music across the lake. It was nice to be on a no wake lake where we didn't need to worry about speed boats when the kids were swimming. We would love to come back next year.

The moment I stepped into the cottage I felt right at home. The living area is nice and cozy. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking dinner or just making breakfast. The beds were actually comfortable and the linens were very nice too. The two full sized bathrooms were so nice. My favorite part of this entire place is the screened in porch. It was so nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning and just stare at the water as well as the view. We did venture down to the lake but of course it was too cold to swim. We are considering renting this place again during the summer so that we can fully enjoy the lake too. Lorie and Siri were wonderful hosts and answered our questions immediately.

What a beautiful spot. We used the firepit on a chilly night and we felt right at home. The first aid kit on hand at the property helped when I got a spider bite. We loved staying here and we will come back in the future!

Darren's lake cottage is perfect for experiencing lake life. The provided kayaks and row boat are fun to take out and enjoy the lake. Many mornings and evenings the lake looks like a mirror. There is nice library of reference books on birds, animals and fauna that is seen at the cottage. The cottageis located close to 3 villages all with a different vibe. Then there are the Chain of Lakes by Waupaca, Wi. a very popular destination. I didn'tknow 3 weeks could go so fast. Darren is a great host. Quick to respond to anything you need.

If you are in the Waupaca area, this is an incredible property. Peaceful, relaxing and less than 2 miles from the interstate, 3 miles from downtown. We will definitely keep it on our list.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rhonda's cabin. From start to finish everything went smoothly. The communication with Rhonda was always very prompt and our booking process was hassle-free. Upon arrival, the procedure to get into the cabin and get the key was very easy. The cabin was very clean and tastefully decorated. We loved how cozy and comfortable it was! The location was perfect! We had spent a few days in the UP with friends and decided to stay in the cabin a couple nights for our anniversary. We explored the area and even found a Fall Festival we enjoyed in Waupaca! Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Rhonda and her properties. We had a memorable stay - thank you so much! We will definitely be back. Jennifer

Very nice cabin and was clean and spacious! Only thing to take note of is there is a 8 person pontoon available to rent but not always available as advertised. We had 8 people and were turned down and had to rent a different pontoon boat to use.

My family and I went and it was perfect for us everything was good the place was perfect. It was very peaceful, especially down by the lake. We wanted easy lake access and this lodge was perfect for that. The rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Kevin was a very fast responding host and kind. We would go back again.

Beautiful lake. Spacious living area and deck. We had 10 of us and we had plenty of room in the large living room/dining area. One area that could be improved is the stairs down to the lake. A couple of us are retired. For everyone’s safety, the stairs should be made safer and a hand rail all the way down should be added. Overall, it’s a beautiful, fun place.

Had a great time here. The property is tucked away right against the river. Great views from the kitchen. Neighbors were a little closer than anticipated and the living room ceiling is a little low. Nice kitchen and good about amount of sleeping space. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful.
