Welcome to the Lodge, our modern cabin in Minnesota’s picturesque Driftless Region. A place to slow down, connect and immerse yourself in nature. Open layout features king sized Murphy bed in main area with additional beds in the lofted space (stair-ladder). Tent/RV sites avail (inquire for rates). 47 acres with hiking trails along limestone bluffs, spring fed trout stream and hot tub soaks under starry skies. Nearby towns Spring Grove and Houston (17 mi) for food, brewery, bike trail and more.

Tranquility & Vistas on the Farm in the Guest Barn

When you arrive at our 16 acre farmstead and enter the Guest Barn, you'll notice the construction materials which were salvaged from a nearby barn and corncrib. The timbers from these buildings were torn down, moved to our farm and rebuilt into a smaller “new” barn. It truly represents a real farm experience you can feel. While here, you'll slow down and enjoy the tranquility. Walk around the farm, make friends with a cow, watch barn kitties play, while gazing across the vast farm vistas.

Cozy Riverfront Home on the Beautiful Cedar River

The Cozy Confluence is uniquely nestled between Rock Creek and the beautiful Cedar River. The home is spacious yet cozy. There is a large attached deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to the creek babble nearby. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the place for you! There are hiking trails throughout the property with incredible canopies of mature hardwoods. River access on the property makes kayaking, canoeing, or tubing a breeze. Plan your escape today!!

Fredericksburg Cozy Loft

You'll have a great time at this cozy lil place to stay. Two queen beds one located downstairs for the adults with 50inch TV. The other located upstairs perfect for the kids. It has its own seating area for reading a book or playing a board game. Full kitchen w/induction stove, utensils and basic cooking supplies. Living room 50inch TV... and small pull out sofa for lounging or an extra bed space. Top load Washer and Drier in unit as well. Full bathroom and stand up shower & amenities.

The EJ House 4 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.

The Night Deposit

Deposit yourself! Bank built in 1917, just 10 minutes on blacktop from Toppling Goliath Brewery. Located in Frankville Iowa and just a few miles up the hill from the Yellow River. Queen bed in one bedroom, and a futon in the main space. Full kitchen stocked with pancake mix and sausages. City Park is four blocks away or Nintendo 64, electric guitar and keyboard, or board games for rainy days. Also feel free to play whatever music you find, just return it. Large backyard and hammock.

The Kimball House

Beautiful Victorian home in the heart of Fayette only one block from downtown & Upper Iowa University. Features an updated kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and family room w/gas fireplace. Formal living room & dining room have original hardwood floors; upstairs has engineered hardwoods. Updated bathroom has double vanity and shower. Downstairs 1/2 bath and laundry room has sink and shower. This charming home has everything you need to make your visit to NE Iowa fantastic!

Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Paradise Point sleeps 2 Hot Tub

1 bedroom 1 bath with loft. Cozy home where you can see Paradise. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Views for miles of the Mississippi River, bluff tops and you can soar with the Eagles. What a place to relax in the newly added hot tub while you enjoy the view in what is call "God's Country". This is promised to be a one of a kind view. Welcome to The Store! This place originated as a grocery store in our little town of Ossian, IA. We have given this building a fresh new facelift and turned it into a vacation home.
