Teri's home is beautiful. She was very flexible with our family. We traveled with a lot of kids and they loved the home and the yard. The sand pit was a big hit for them. Host was home the whole duration and it didn't bother us at all. It was a great stay!

Julie was a great host. Easy check-in & great communication. The home was just as pictured & was perfectly clean. It fit our needs for a weekend stay.

Loved this place! Very quiet and peaceful. It was extremely clean. Comfy bed. Was able to use the gym in the building. Parking right in front. Right on the edge of town, so very close to everything in Brookings but still quiet! I hope to stay again!!

This property exceeded my expectations! It’s beautifully modern with an open kitchen and living area, featuring sleek appliances, recessed ceiling lighting, and central air—everything you'd expect from a high-end home. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of hot water, and the kitchen boasts one of the most complete sets of utensils and cookware I’ve seen at an Airbnb—perfect for cooking enthusiasts. The bedroom is generously sized, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Spotlessly clean throughout, the home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with friendly walkers and bikers. Conveniently located near major highways and just a short drive to I-29, with ample off-street parking and a Walmart Supercenter only six minutes away.

Had a great stay with plenty of room to accommodate everyone in my group. I loved seeing all the upgrades from staying there last year. The up grades were a great addition to have more room to hangout.

Went out to go fishing and the place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find. Accessible with the trailer. It was clean had even had a fish cleaning room.

Absolutely a South Dakota Gem!! Two car heated garage was amazing for cold days. The On-site fish cleaning heated shed that is well stocked with paper towels and plenty of ziplocks was a big plus after freezing all day. The Blackstone and pellet grill were in near new shape with plenty of utensils to use and paired with a beautiful kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. The couch and chairs are setup perfectly with the big screen. Both bathrooms are spacious and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows as well. This place is at the very top of my list for places to stay in Webster.

Second time my family has stayed at this place. Would gladly stay here again!

Janeans place was perfect for our weekend in Billings. The location couldn't have been better - close to campus and downtown. We utilized the backyard space for evening beverages and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the nice neighborhood. Janean was fantastic to work with and treats she left were much appreciated. I highly recommend this rental!
