Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Free on-street summer parking; but from December 1 an overnight winter parking ban is in place til April 1. If you have a car we’ll provide a space for you. Welcome to our retro-inspired one-bedroom apartment/suite with a separate entrance on the second floor of our two-family home. The space is newly renovated and includes all new linens, a rug, pillows, and a comfortable bed. It's perfect for those who want a homier feel than a hotel but don't need access to a kitchen. The suite includes an electric kettle and a mini-fridge, but no microwave or TV. Please note there is a flight of stairs to access the unit. Come enjoy a stay in our neighborhood.

Gretchen prepares homemade granola and freshly baked cookies. Fridge stocked with yogurts and beverages. We have a home filtration system providing clean water at every tap. We have 2 friendly cats. Second bedroom with double bed available for larger parties.
