We had a wonderful stay with family for my son’s graduation. Communication with Niki was prompt and helpful. The pool house was a wonderful surprise and we spent most of our time there although there were two other living areas. The home is warm, clean, and meticulously designed, with small touches throughout (soft sheets, candle light, dimmers, heated floor in master bath etc). Incredible fireplaces, plenty of glasses and dishes, and a Sonos sound system for the music lovers like us. All perfect for a celebratory weekend!

Abdul’s place was a very pleasant experience. The house was spacious, perfect for 8 people. Everything was just like how he described it. Abdul was responsive, told us everything we needed to know. Overall, a great place to stay!

The place an clean and spotless. The host was very responsive. It's a single home. The basement is where was done up where we stayed. It was 5 minutes away from our place that we had to be. I will definitely rent with Patrick again. Very happy with the service and how cleaning it was.

3 families stayed here and there was plenty of space. It was clean and the beds were comfortable (although the bunk bed is best for smaller kids). We enjoyed sitting on the deck since the sun was out and a nice trail along the Grand River is steps away. The owner was very responsive and kind. Would recommend!

My family had a great stay!!! The house is spotless and linens, beddings , towels are very clean. What she describes in her listing is exactly what you ‘lll be having. The best that I enjoyed is her coffee which is unlimited..I will definitely come back again next OVA Provincials and I will highly recommend her place !! Stayed 5 days with family. First time in Kitchener. Nik’s place was comfortable and offered easy access to the places we visited.

We stayed at Kathryn and Gus’s place for a month and really loved it. It’s an entire house surrounded by nature. The property overlooks a small lake near a hiking trail. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Kathryn and Gus were great hosts. They were friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. We enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couch in front of the fireplace. We would love to come back again!

This place exceeded expectations. By far, this was the cleanest and most well appointed AirBnb I have ever stayed in. We were a group of 8 people (2 families w/ teenagers) and it was very spacious. We were able to take advantage of the large kitchen and dining area and it had everything we needed. The 3 Broil King outdoor grills was great to have. Just wish we had time to use the fire pit and seating area on the back deck! Would definitely try to stay here again if/when we come back to the area. Thanks, Paul!

This is, I believe the third time we’ve stayed here. It’s a wonderful space, in a superb location with an excellent host. It’s simply a wonderful place to stay when visiting Guelph.

Very authentic and cozy home! The home is also situated in a very quiet and accessible neighborhood. We had an amazing stay at Heinrich’s place and he was very kind and responsive. Definitely recommend :)

The house is large and beautiful. We especially liked having a second living area upstairs. We had 8 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. We will definitely consider this again in the future when we return to the area.

Loved the fact that they had school house items throughout with loads of games and puzzles, even though the weather wasn’t the best we still had a GREAT time, we definitely would love to come back sometime when the weather is a little warmer to be able to experience the beautiful deck and patio. Amazing hosts made our trip even better!
